A:  Outside. there is a lever that disengages a pin and you can swing the plow left or right. there's multiple settings in between as well. Its very easy to turn.

A:  LOT's of plow mount questions, as soon as I placed my order 2 years ago they contacted me and asked several questions to ensure that I got the correct mount for my truck. everything fit perfect. the best way to ensure that you get the correct mount is to get their customer service number from the downloadable manual and call them before you make the purchase... they have an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT... no phone tree, dial the number, ask for customer service and they send you directly to them.

A:  Hello Doug, This plow can be attached to a 4-Runner of that year. You can even move up to a 84" plow with no issues. The SnowBear website shows all the plows available including a handy mount guide to verify you can get the right mounts for your truck. Technical support is available to answer all you questions.

A:  Yeah. but I would not recommend the kit. its expensive for what it is. basically its 2 bars a set of cheap lights, nuts and bolts, and a generic wire harness that you just mount a switch to. Its not like the big plows where it ties into your headlights. Honestly you dont need lights, the plow dosnt lift high enough you block your headlights. If you want something tho I recommend coming up with a cheaper solution.
