A:  After application, you should water enough to dissolve the graduals and into the topsoil at least a quarter of an inch. If rain is expected, you can wait. The product will not do anything until its dissolved and into the soil, especially for the curative rate. After a few days, resume normal watering. If the roots are not completely dead in the brown areas, it’ll begin to green up. I give that area extra water daily for about 2 weeks. I’ve had to use this product for years, and apply at preventive rate monthly once the temps reach 80*.  Works great if applied in time before roots are dead.

A:  Scotts DiseaseEX does not need to be watered in immediately, it must be watered to activate the product. The sooner the product is watered in the sooner it will begin working.

A:  If disease has been a persistent problem year to year, Scotts DiseaseEx may be applied as a preventative measure before disease is present to avoid extensive damage. To apply as a preventative, apply at preventative rate approximately 2 weeks prior to when you typically seen the disease appear or when you initially see or suspect disease activity in a small area of lawn.
