A:  Suncast products function well in a wide range of temperatures normally found in the United States and Canada. This is due to the plastic selected and the structural features in the product. In normal use, temperature variations will not affect the durability or function of Suncast products. Suncast products like the darker wicker GWH1732, for example, that are designed for outdoor use can withstand the heat found in all areas of the United States. Suncast plastic products are designed for environmental heat. They are not to be used for supporting any type of heating or cooking equipment, such as BBQ’s, heaters or other heat source items. This includes lighting, such as halogen lamps, that results in high temperatures. Under sustained and extremely high temperatures, the plastic will soften. Once temperatures return to the normal range, the plastic will regain original shape. A:  Yes. On a deck in Stl with direct sun 9am to 8pm. Not a blemish.

A:  I don't know about Arizona but it does in So. Calif. I've had mine for a year and they look perfect. I also have large planters that I have had for 3 years and they still look brand new. The planters are in direct sunlight.

A:  We reside in Phoenix. I purchased it for the patio. After assembling I read the information provided and in so many words it says it will sun fade. So, I moved it into the garage, it sits in the corner and has never been used.

I believe it can handle the weight and the lid does seem to be tight fitting and the handle on top has a slide lock on it to keep it down. It does seem waterproof as it sat outside for a week in an open area during rain.

A:  Yes, this is great for the outdoors. I bought it and have it in our outdoor kitchen.

A:  If you live in a windy area, you will want to put something heavy on the inside to hold it in place, i.e. a brick or small rock. I am using mine in a 4 season area, but will put it in my garage in the winter. I don't know how it will hold up to freezing and thawing temperatures.

A:  I don't know. I don't use wood pellets to know what their storage requirements are. I had this sitting out a few weeks in an open area and no rain got inside of it. I hope this helps.
