A:  It needs to attach to the rings on a tool belt. I purchased the padded belt with heavy duty buckle TB-CT-41B which has 4 rings which the suspenders attach to with a figure 8 metal clip.

A:  Four thumb clips hook into attachment rings on the belt.

A:  The suspenders have hooks on them so your belt has to have loops for the hooks to clip onto.

A:  Take it back to where you bought it if it hasn't been a long time and talk to customer service and explain the problem. They should be able to help out. If they can't and you don't want to buy a clip, contact the company customer service that made the belt and explain the problem to them. They might just send you the clip for free, but be prepared just in case to pay for one clip. That's my best advice to you.

A:  I purchased the Toughbuilt padded belt with heavy duty buckle TB-CT-41B which has 4 rings.

A:  You should be able to attach both back strap clips to your single back belt ring. Alternatively, you could install a grommet on your belt for the 2nd back strap & adjust that strap for the different length.

A:  I purchased the TB-CT-41B padded belt which has 4 rings to use with these suspenders.

A:  The suspenders have 4 clips to clip onto the metal loops of the belt. The picture for the belt (on line) shows 3 metal loops, the one I just purchased has 4 and they can be sled along the belt.

A:  It should have 4 rings on velcro straps. If it didn't have 4 ToughBuilt should be willing to ship you a replacement.

A:  Requires D loops already be present. It does NOT come with D loops.
