Answer This Question
A: Hi Alisa,
If you left your repeller on over night the fuel cartridge is most likely empty. Please make sure there is fuel in the cartridge. If this is not the case, please reach out to customerservice@thermacell.net for more assistance.

Q:We have a place with a constant south wind. Will it work in a windy location?
by|Apr 3, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A: Hi,
In breezy weather, place the unit upwind of your location so that the repellent is carried by the wind into the area you want to protect. Thermacell may be less effective on very windy days, although mosquitoes aren't typically out when it is very windy.

Answer This Question
A: Our products heat the repellent which rises, so it's good to have them placed lower for the most complete protection.
