Q:I have employees and I would like to limit there access to the building Monday thru Friday 8AM - 5PM. IS this possible to set once and not have to do additional entries.

Q:Hi-- I know that the lock can be placed in Passage Mode but my question is if i am using this product for a vacation rental property, i will want to be able to give the person a temporary code to use to gain access and lock the door when they leave the property but while they are at the home and going in and out to the lake they would want it to be unlocked-- so does that mean they would have to do something themselves with the lock to make it in passage mode every time when they want it to be or if we put it into passage mode all the time can it be locked and unlocked for access entry only but then after access it reverts to unlocked mode unless they lock it?

A:  Hi Kendall, Thank you for the interest in Ultraloq. Yes, they should set up the lock as passage mode or lock mode manually(if they know the admin code), or the admin user can set up the different modes via Bluetooth(Or WiFi, if they have Ultraloq Bridge) if the lock is Bluetooth Model.

    Q:I've seen that up to 95 users can be registered (fingerprinted). Some of my users will be temporarily accessing my home. How does it work to delete existing users?

    A:  Anyone can open it as long as they know the code. You can change it if you like to block anyone. All you do is light up the screen by inserting the finger in the center. Touch numbers on the screen, click open arrow, and voila!

            A:  Hey there! Yes you can with a deadbolt cover plate. https://store.u-tec.com/collections/accessories/products/ultraloq-deadbolt-cover-plate Or you can install your deadbolt on the lower hole and install Ultraloq on the upper hole.

            A:  Well first of all the key is underneath so it would be difficult to pick and second what lock can't be picked I love my lock it's been great with the kids and the door is always locked so you're not forgetting to lock it well worth the money

                Q:Can I set it up where it does NOT automatically lock after 4 seconds? I'd like to use it for my office but the door has to remain unlock during business hours...

                A:  You can do that in settings or, more easily, just leave the physical key in the bottom during that time.

                  Q:I would rather use the fingerprint reader for myself and my wife but also I would like some family members to be able to access my house in case we are not home and they need to get in. I read somewhere that you have to choose one or the other and this cannot be set to do both.

                  A:  You can set up as many finger prints of you and your wife you want. It's best to do 6 or so if the same finger so it will pickup your finger print faster. And we also setup a 4 digit numder for anyone you want to have it. Each person can have there own code
