Questions and Answers for Weber Spirit E-315 3-Burner Natural Gas Grill in Black

A:  I never use all three burners at one time because it usually does get hotter than I want it to be. I usually preheat on high and then cook with only one or two of them set at medium.

New grills will run hotter until the grill has been used and has some grease built up inside the lid, cookbox, and other surfaces that will reduce the reflection inside the grill and bring the heat down somewhat. A:  You would have to check with weber, I'm pretty sure they do not make kits anymore, too much liability
