However, there is a listed store special order SKU on the product page and thus the store should be able to place a special, non-Homedepot.com in-store appliance order for the merchandise. A:  We have not had a power outage since we got this freezer, but I don't see anywhere that you would re-set it. I don't think it would make much sense to have to do that. Hopefully, it is incorrect.
