A:  Whatever the job, using this or any other absorber, you must let it dry COMPLETELY BEFORE tossing (this means getting dry hard). I used 150#'s of kitty litter from PetSmart on 20gal of old paint just recently. Took around 3 days to thoroughly dry.

                    Answer This Question

A:  Yes, it can be used to absorb liquid in an outside garbage can. However, it may be tricky to get the absorber out of the garbage can since the absorber has soaked up all the water (or whatever liquid).

A:  If it's liquid it will work. However you might have a bit of difficulty removing it from the bottom of your garbage can as it becomes a semi solid after it does the job of absorbing the liquid. Perhaps if you use more than is suggested for absorption it would pour ot more easily. Good luck.
