A:  Our 100% natural zeolite for artificial turf infill is a natural odor absorbent and will help reduce and/or eliminate the urine smells. Zeolite virtually eliminates pet odors by not allowing ammonium to convert into the gas which is the primary odor-causing agent in pet urine. Zeolite also combats odors that can generate from bacterial growth. We are not aware of any properties in our product that may or may not be relevant to bees. A:  When applied correctly, our zeolite for artificial turf infill should settle at the bottom of the turf blades. There may be some initial "tracking", but much like fertilizer, that should subside after being compacted down with normal turf use. If your pets do bring some in, rest assured it is completely non-toxic and safe. You can vacuum it up and dispose of it in the trash.

A:  Our Crushed Natural Zeolite for Artificial Turf Infill is intended as an infill material, meaning the top of the turf (just like spreading seed or fertilizer over a lawn). On its own, it is very effective at odor control and neutralizing as well as helping the turf blades "stand up". You can mix our natural zeolite with a variety of base materials, including crushed rock, etc.. "Mix" being key, as our infill is not intended as a base layer on its own. A:  Our 100% natural and OMRI listed for organic use zeolite turf infill product is a 20-mesh size and is ideal for artificial turf infill and other landscaping applications. Zeolite for pool or pond media may require different particle sizes or other requirements specific for filtering in that type of application.
