arrived broken in 2 places and bent in another. set up for a return and pick- up. no one has reached out to me. i know its through a 3rd party but still irritating. I ordered a new one the same day and haven't received it yet either.

At 30 lbs weight I exchanged for the Werner 250 lb. capacity ladder at 25 lbs.Lighter ladder is easier to handle and move around with one hand.

Excellent ladder! Very steady when I'm standing on it. I do miss having a place to set things on when I use the higher end. Ladders used to come with a flip down paint tray holder, and had a flat "step" on top where one could set a tool, rag, whatever. I really miss that. Otherwise, it's a good, safe feeling ladder.

Fully assembled, quite strong and stable at the highest step. Not too heavy to hang up in garage.

ladder seems a little flimsy for what it is supposed to be. Also when I got it home it appears to have been hanging around the store getting bumped, banged and bruised for quite some time. It would appear that you do not sell 1st quality merchandise, just bang it around and wait to see if it sells.
