Hi id like to tell you more often than not the wood i purchase at home depot is great it always give me nice wood furniture

This material worked well as the base of a countertop that is covered by Plastic Laminate (Formica). It worked well with the contact cement. The material is easy to work, although quite heavy in it's full dimensions. I just cut it down to rough size, before using my tablesaw to cut it to finished dimensions.

This product was wonderful. Perfect for the job is was used for.

I made a awesome speaker box with this particle board, not quite finished, needs to have the screw heads filled in with wood putty and then painted with bed liner spray which is on its way to my house as we speak.

I used this 3/4 inch particle board for cabinet doors for my garage. I just cut panels to size and used a 1/4 inch roundover router bit to round the edges of the doors.

This appears to be MDF (medium density fiberboard), a product I almost always use (indoors) where I used to use plywood or solid wood. It does indeed take sanding, routing, etc. well, and, once sealed, won't swell, contract or crack as wood or plywood tends to do. Particleboard, on the other hand, has rough edges that need to filled and sanded, or, preferably, finished off with a separate edge of wood or other material, and has a somewhat rough surface.

I used this to build shelves in my garage. Very sturdy and more shelf room than the $50 plastic ones available. Total cost of my shelves were $52. Home depot even cut them to size for me---hassle free.

I used these boards for a work bench surface and lower shelves. It was a good economical alternative to regular plywood. Measurements were accurate and I'm glad I saved some dollars.

It'll work because COVID-19 has seriously screwed my plans for materials. This 3/4" particle board will do the job fine in the 70's this was used all the time for sub floors!!

Overall a great product, but I seriously underestimated the weight of it and don't recall seeing a description of the weight online.

The wood was thick and strong. We used for decking in attic for storage only problem is wood was heavy. We cut the 4x8 into 2x8 to fit thru attic hole . All done!

Sheet measurements was not actually 4' by 8' as expected, but about 1" longer and about 1" wider.

Overall the least expensive option available to build a weight lifting platform at this time. Performing well.

Excellent wood, Larger than spec. 48.25x 96.5x .75

Did just what I expected it to do. Constructed a work bench from this material and found it to be stable. And easily cut on my table saw. However when trying to rout T- slots, it all but destroyed a router bit. I assume it was due to the glue. Orher than that, it works great.

I used this in a project last weekend for my daughter and son in law. I bought 6 sheets and had those sheets then cut into 4 pcs for shelving I was installing for them. The quality of the product was very good except the fact that these 4'x8' sheets of particle board were actually not 48" wide but 49" wide. Never had this happen to me in all my experience with 4'x8' sheet goods. Not having caught it at the store I didn't catch it until I was about to install the shelves and found they didn't line up with my stud spacing. After realizing what the problem was I trimmed each one to 48" fit. All I can say is "HD get on the ball". This shouldn't happen. Check your inventory as it comes into the store so this doesn't happen to anyone else who doesn't have the ability to trim your mistakes to the proper size. Tom

Good price. Used for inexpensive shelving.

It was perfect for the project that I had. And the staff at the store were kind enough to cut them down to size for me.
