Please don’t buy this product. It Does NOT work at all. Nothing at all. Waste of money and time and Water. It works really nothing at all.

I had a professional pressure cleaning business and have retired and am 70. Our park hires a company to clean but for all practical purposes leaves a dirty finish. This product left me overjoyed with the results. It was as iff I just finished painting my house and refinished my metal screen porch. An awesome product. Just do not try to force pulling a hose while holding the bottle because it will come apart at the hose. You will need to buy the gallon refill to finish an 1800 square foot house.

Looking for a quick, easy way to remove black mould from siding. Sprayed it on and left for 5 days. Also dampened it several times. Had no effect. Had to go back to the power washer to remove. This product is not cheap so it was disappointing….pic is after 5 days.

The 30 Seconds 64 oz. Ready-to-Spray and Walk Away Cleaner is very easy to use. We sprayed it on the back of our home and before 24 hours had passed there had been a significant difference in the amount of algae and mold on the surface that we had sprayed with the Spray and Walk Away Cleaner. This cleaner can take up to 2 weeks to work which is okay but if you need fast results you will need to use one of the other types of this brand of cleaner.

It truly is spray and walk away! Had been waiting for a clear and sunny day to be able to apply it and very glad I did. The results were spectacular; followed the instructions as listed on the bottle, clear day with no rain for 24 hrs, spray and walk away. When first applied, if there rocks or stuff on the ground it may show as stains but it did go away after a couple days. The pics show the before and after, no filters two days after it was applied. The green stuff grows from the nightly sprinkler spray...hope it works longer than pressure cleaning. Great product!

I am not impressed. I applied as directed with no rain in the forecast. A very light amount of mold, algae disappeared within minutes of application. But wait - it says it will work over the next 7 days. The results were nothing to shout from the housetops. Too slow for my liking. It did work a little. Perhaps if I used it 6 times a year things would be better. I had powered washed my walk a year ago so I had a year's build up.

I have used the 30 second cleaners for many years and this addition to their line is wonderful. I particularly like the hose end spayer. Very convenient and easy. This product is phosphate and bleach free so safe to use. One super good point is that it continues to work on mold, algae etc. because you dont wash it off. Cleaning has never been easier.

Worked well. No more green driveway or walkway.

Got this delivered- leaked in the box and I didn't notice until I tried to clean my porch and it ran out before I could finish. What I did clean was terrible and did not work at all. Don't waste your money

Excellent Product and Service

I was surprised to see how effective this product is. The outside wall and cement floor were left very clean, I would use it again if needed

Works amazing on mold and mildew

This product was just ok in my opinion. I used it on my Vinyl fence and siding of my house along with a power washer. I don’t feel like there was much of a difference in cleanliness on the spots that I used the spray. I ran out fairly quickly as I used it on 2 panels of the fence and one side of the 2 story house. It was easy to use, but k think I was more expecting to see dirt sliding off the areas I sprayed before I rinsed.

Product advertises 24 ft spray range. I got about 8 ft. I have normal decent water pressure on my hose so that’s not the issue. I bought this product for my shingles and second floor windows and it is useless to me for that since the spray will not reach. I sprayed some on some lower portions so we’ll see if it actually works. Also the bottle has two on positions labeled “Clean” and “Rinse” but the directions make no mention of these or what the different purpose of each is. Very unhelpful.

Best, most immediate moss killer I’ve ever used! A very convenient product for use on roof and asphalt.

It worked great on the siding on the house, but not super great on cement!

Yes it worked great,all the moss is dying and falling off, very satisfied with the product.
