Great product at a great price for my project

My review is more so fir the store. I got scolded for curb siding these, which I’ve done before with no problem. I just wanted them brought to my car and I load them into my car myself. I was in the middle of a project I only had several hours to do. I went to check how many were in stock in the am…and there wasn’t enough. Last time this happened I waited over an hour for someone to bring out more blocks. So instead of wasting pr3cious time I ordered curbside so they could get them out while I worked. They were displeased. Don’t put something for curbside if your customers are gonna get scolded for doing it. It was an actual manager I presume that came out, they were not wearing Home Depot regalia at all.

I went in to Home Depot to buy 12 cement blocks. Two workers just happened to be going by and loaded the blocks for me on the push cart. I went through the checkout line and as soon as I got outside, another worker asked if I would like him to take them to my car and unload them. Of course, I said yes. I'm almost 80 years old and appreciated all the help. Of course, I had to unload them myself at home, but your workers were so helpful and kind!

The quality of the block has degraded. The block lack consistency and many have rough edges.

Worked well for my lil project

Great product. I used these blocks to build a patio retaining wall. The blocks were easy to install. Cutting to mesure was accomplished standard cutting tools.

We bought these bricks to put under our herb pots in the garden. We are not builders. When I went to pay for them my military discount didn't apply and the cashier couldn't tell me why. There was a line so I finished checking out and went inside to Customer service and they explained it was because they are building materials. Don't advertise that you value our military service if you only value our service for cheap shipping some of the time. The bricks are $2 a piece and I bought 10. I'm obviously building a house. Plus, contractors get a 10% discount so... explain why military can't get the discount on the very items builders DO get the discount on. It's infuriating. If there was someplace else to get the items, I would go elsewhere. It's such bad marketing.
