Water pump does not work.

I purchased this tower fan to cool and area of 250 sft in a 77 degree F room whilst awaiting repairs on my AC unit. This tower fan performed equivalent to my basic oscillating round fan on a stand. I was able to feel droplets spraying from the vent when close upon the fan initially, but this subsided after a few minutes. I jumped for the blue colors and "Artic" wording, thinking it would blow cooler air. I got better results use and my child's cool mist humidifier and my stand fan.

I just got it set up and within minutes it’s been spitting water all over the place. Returning tomorrow - worst product ever!

It inly works if you are in front if it. We tried it with ice as suggested, and without. The only thing it definitely does is spit water out and ont the floor. Dont waste your money

Same thing as everyone else. Spits water out the top of the filter right out of the box. it's useless

I followed all directions very carefully. It blows air, sure. But it also spills water everywhere. From what I can tell, water drips from the top of the unit, onto the filter systems, & blows out the front. The problem is the water partially drips out of the front of the machine & the air blows it out onto the floor. Plus, I think the stupid is leaking from the base somewhere too, so in just half an hour, I had a huge puddle on bedroom floor. Thank goodness I have linoleum! Don't be fooled!

Unit spits water and fan speed is terrible. I am not sure why there are 3 speeds since the high speed does not blow 5 feet in front of unit. I will return unit as soon as possible. Don't waste your time or your money. I would give it a negative score if I could. Terrible product. I am not sure how a company can produce such a piece of junk and sell it for $100.00

I thought this was going to at least work relatively well, but the only thing it does well is leak... It's really not worth the hype.

Item does not work, doesn't pump water through the system, only blows room air. And when you purchase from Arctic Air, they include instructions not to return the product to the store. So buyers get stuck with inoperable items and Arctic Air gets to keep the money.

Hmmm. Jury is still out on this item. I had to take the first one I bought back because it stop working after a couple of weeks. I exchanged that one for another. Once I made it home, I noticed that it wasn’t exactly the same one as what I had before. So far, it sis doing okay but it hasn’t been two weeks yet.

Product leaks not a good product

Water on the floor everywhere. Unsafe and causes a spill, trips and falls. Very dangerous around electricity and people ,specifically kids. Highly NOT recommended.

Does cool as advertised

It spit so much water out at us that we had to use a mop just to clean up the puddle it created. Thank goodness we did not use this in an area that was carpeted.

Unit often spews water rather than cool air

Had it for two months and it literally quit working, won’t power up or anything. Tried everything and it won’t turn on. Waste of money!!!

I believed the hype. Looks like a good idea but it does not blow out cold air. Big let down.

I bought two of these. The first one would wobble when assembled so I had to return it for another one. The new one worked well for one night then started turning itself off once water was added to the tank.

Easy assembly, quiet. However, not good if your home is at 100 degrees inside as the “cooling reach” exhausted after about 1 foot ( or less) of space. Had to keep filling it with ice cold water and freezing the pack that comes with the unit and sit really close to the unit. I expected a bit more as the unit is a decent size.

Cant believe HD still selling it. Water spray on both, front and back. Your floor will be wet within minutes, poor design.

Do not waste your time buying this product. We have a small living room and this tower does nothing but blow air.. not cold not fresh and def doesnt freshin the room. Scam. Invest in an actual portable air conditioner!! Now time to get hassled at home depot for the return! Such an inconvenience that we get looked at for returned something we actually bought while theives walk out freely! What a mess!

This is one of the worst products ever. I had the smaller version first and returned it because it leaked water everywhere. I bought this one hoping it would be better. Neither one produces air flow. Don’t waste your time or money. I’m returning this one too.

easy to assemble ; would prove beneficial in addition to AC.

What a waste of time or gas to go buy this useless, glorified fan, carry it from my car in 100 degree GA weather, lug it up the stairs, unbox it, read instructions & assemble. The air coming out is not cold or even cool, it’s no better than a fan and I ALREADY HAVE FANS. The box has the colossal nerve to read “New and Improved”, it should say “Doesn’t suck as much as the previous version”. Don’t waste your time
