I wanted something to hang my robe on while in the hot tub - this was the perfect answer. Compared to another one from a different hardware, this is much better quality. It’s heavier, and easy to install. Best of all, it has withstood 40-45 mph wind gusts, and still as tightly hooked as the day I set it up.

Great hook! Well made and so pleased to find one that fit on my 2.5” thick deck rail. Many don’t accommodate that thickness. Happy to have found it at Home Depot.

The attachment device needs to be a little larger as our rail/board is wide. It barely screws on tight enough.

It fit on my railing deck just beautiful. Now I am just waiting for the hummingbirds to find the feeder that I hung on this hook. It is just the right size and sits at the right angle so I can see it out my great room patio door.

I mounted this horizontally on a pergola rafter to hang my Squirrel Buster bird feeder from. Works great. Raccoons have been pushing on it trying to get the bird feeder to fall, but the clamp has been holding just fine. May get another one for another bird feeder.

It was fine for a bird feeder. I have a plant on it now and it is bending a little.
