Was easy to install. good quality and It works well. I don't understand why people complaint about the temperature. It get pretty hot and does the job. I had to install it with the box up to make it simple to run the wire though. Not bad!

This towel warmer quit working after one week! I contacted Amba and was able to get a replacement based on the information I gave them. The “new” one seems to be working fine. (So far)

This is a great towel warmer! So good that it’s our 2nd exact one. The first one we purchased back in 2016 and the heating element stopped working mid 3023 so we replaced it.

This purchase is a replacement of the same product we purchased in 2016. Although we wish it lasted forever, six years of working solidly was enough to convince me to buy the same item again (plus I don't have to move the wall mounts)

This unit has an advantage in that it can mounted upside down. That made it much easier to draw power from a nearby switch box without having to open a 30" channel in the drywall in order to place a j-box at the lower right corner. The liquid filled units cannot be turned upside down like this one. However, the included schematic drawing gives dimensions for the attachment posts that were 1/16 to 1/8" off. I'm glad I measured for myself.

Installation was fairly easy—careful measuring is the key getting it right. The instructions provide measurements between the mounting points, but it would have helped if they provided the distance from the lower right leg to the center of the electrical mount. The towel bar heats the towel quickly and can be left on as long as necessary to dry the towel or towels (it holds two bath towels). It is finished well and matches the brushed nickel bathroom fittings.

All good, only thing the switch is a bit hard..

I should have purchased a rack with a timer.

Poor quality product. Badly assembled and dangerous design. We assembled it and installed it, decided not to use it and took it down.

Bars warm up but not enough to really warm up my towels. I had looked forward to wrapping a warm towel around myself after a shower and it’s not the case.

My towels are toasty warm!

heats up quickly. Looks great in the bathroom. Only complaint is no light pointing down to tell you when the unit is on or off.

I came to love these things traveling in Europe and am so glad they are now manufactured in USA. Nothing fancy here, just good basic construction. Not much to go wrong, fingers crossed. After reading reviews prior to purchase, we opted for an after-market timer. No problems. This is a standout in my new bathroom and one of my favorite things. My bathroom is cold. I hate reusing damp towels, and this thing dries them quickly, as well as slightly warming the room. Happy wife, happy life!

Delivery was prompt. Instructions for installation were good. Looks great on the wall. Haven’t turned it on yet. A bit disappointed that instructions say only two towels should be hung on it. I missed that limitation in the description, but should be fine.

I purchased two of these for a bathroom remodel. I hired an electrician to provide power and install a timer switch for each, Honeywell RPLS730B1000/U, also purchased from Home Depot. I installed the towel warmer myself and found the process to be very easy. All needed hardware was provided. The warmer looks terrific and works as expected. The timer turns on the towel warmer about 15 minutes before needed and shuts it off after a total run time of 45 minutes. The warmer gets hot to the touch, but not so hot such that it will burn you. The towel gets warm but not toasty hot. In my opinion you should consider the use of the product as more of a towel dryer than an instrument to provide hot towels. Perhaps it would get hotter if I ran the warmer longer before using the towel, but I haven't tried that out. We've used the warmer every day for about 18 months with no issues.

The towel warmer required some electric wiring that cost like the warmer itself, however it functions very well and I love it.

Easy to install and use, my only suggestion would be to pick up a lighted switch for when the bar is heating.

Had a licensed electrician hook up the towel warmer and it works great!

Instructions could be more helpful. Find the wall stud on the left, install the top bushing, level the unit & mark off the left bottom bushing & install. Then mark off the right side & install the bushing. Use the set screw to move the tube to the Junction box. Turn on switch left side bottom for heat. Hope this is some help. Just installed my unit & it appears to be operational.

Product arrived in a timely fashion and in good condition. Very happy with its appearance. Mounting was fairly simple. My only complaint is that after attaching the mounting arms it no longer is perfectly level and straight. May want to mark your holes with the arms attached. I give it four stars because in order to heat the entire towel you need to weave it between the rails. That leaves room for only one towel and is time consuming. It does dry towels very well which is the primary reason I bought it. Hated reusing a partially wet towel. Adds a bit of warmth to an otherwise cool bathroom. Overall a nice addition.
