We were impressed by the demo video that showed the toilet being capable of flushing 3 heavy and nonflexible cell phones. Then flushing something floating and light like flushable cat litter. Our old toilets typically took 2 to 3 flushes with a lot of water get rid of waste. We replaced 2 toilets. Our toilets measured 10.5 and 11 from the wall so we bought the 10 in rough-in. With the 3 in space between the tank and the wall where the 10.5 old toilet was, it looks like the 12 in rough-in would have worked and left an inch from the wall. Our house was built in the 1970’s with the sewer line closer to being flat rather than having an incline to public sewer. Our farthest toilet is about 75 feet from the public sewer line. Probably the toilets were not tested flushing cell phones on a sewer line like this. We are hoping that double flushing of solid waste plus showers and dishwashing will provide enough water to keep our sewer line from clogging when using the new toilets which use about ¼ of water of our old toilets. The toilets we ordered were called Cadet 3 Powerwash. The ones that arrived are called Cadet 3 Flowise. We are hoping that it is a name change and not the lost of the Powerwash feature. Under the rim and the trapway doesn’t appear to gazed which will add to waste and mildew collecting on it. There is also a hole in the back of the trapway that will probably get stopped up from waste and mildew (see attached picture). One of the tanks had leak from water middle outlet and had to be replaced. Overall we would still recommend this amazing flushing toilet.

Got whole toilet installed and noticed I couldn’t get the lid on the tank to sit correctly…..

It's really hard to find a 10" rough-in toilet with a round bowl. Most toilets have elongated bowls these days. This toilet was the only one I could find that fits in the small space of my master bathroom. It has a fast, powerful flush. The only thing I don't like about the toilet is that I have to press and hold the lever until the flush finishes. I'm not sure if that's by design, or if it's due to the way the toilet was installed. I prefer toilets where you simply press and release the lever to flush it. I did have a professional install it. The toilet is very nice, and it looks great with the new tile floor I had installed. I've only had it for a few days, but I'm satisfied so far. For now, it meets my expectations. Recommended for small bathrooms that don't have a lot of room for elongated bowls.

I would absolutely recommend this toilet to anyone and everyone. I have been using it for one month now and it works perfectly. The only negative that I would report is that the holes drilled to secure the toilet seat were not equally drilled and were off by about 1/4 inch. This made the toilet seat sit incorrectly on the base. With a lot of extra time and effort spent to make adjustments we finally made it less noticeable and something that we could live with." I have the same issue, the seat does not fit squarely on the bowl. I contacted customer service and they essentially blew me off...

There aren't many 10 inch rough in toilets, so it's nice that there is a good one available.. Included a wax ring and even a nylon socket wrench to make installation easier. Old 1.6 gallon toilet didn't always use bowl contents and had to be plunged. You should not dread flushing. So far so good with this new one

It is about a week that I installed it. First time installing a toilet and directions were easy to follow. Everything you need is included except for the toilet seat which is no problem. Ordered this due to the reviews and that the tank is smaller than the previous one removed since I installed it in a small bathroom. I ordered it on line through Home Depot and was called when item was delivered to store and available for pick up. The tank is packaged separate from the bowl which make it easier to put into your vehicle.

We already have an American Standard Champion toilet in another bathroom, but needed a smaller unit for a powder room. This fit the bill perfectly! Highly efficient flush with minimal water volume use. We will be re-doing another bathroom soon and will buy American Standard again.

Good, solid toilet with a strong flush. I prefer the round seats to the elongated ones, and the height is perfect.

This toilet replaced a 30-year old 3.5 gpf toilet, that wasn't sized right to start with. It was a 12" rough-in that was jammed into the wall and toilet surround. The house was built in 1944, so the cast iron flange was in sad shape. I put a Sioux Chief stainless repair flange on, then the "Better than wax" seal. New toilet slipped right on and tightened up with Zero-cut bolts. This toilet is a 10" rough so had to be ordered, but it came in on time. It had everything I needed if I didn't need the repair or upgraded bits. A Bemis wood seat finished it off. The tank fit perfectly to the bowl, with no leaks. The bowl sealed right up. It's fast, quiet, and does move a lot in that tiny flush!

Easy installation and works as advertised.

It arrived broken in the box. Store gladly returned with apologies. Shipping and handling people are sloppy.

I replaced a toilet that was too large. The tank was against the wall and moisture kept the wall wet. This toilet is perfect and now a couple of inches from wall. Flushes great.

There were several unfinished spots on the toilet base that did not get a glossy finish. One in particular right in the bottom of the interior bowl that makes it look like you have dirt in the bowl. Like you don't clean your toilet. Initially said that I could pick up the toilet at the store in 5-6 days. Turned out to be 13 days. Thank God I had another bathroom in the house. When I finally did get to pick it up, the service at the store was great.

Just what we needed- 10" rough- installed perfectly. We have had it installed for a few weeks, and it works and looks great.

After installation we realized that the seat is not level. Top of tank is level, floor is level, toilet between seat and tank is level (behind bolts). However the bowl itself is not the same height on both sides. We paid a delivery fee as we needed 10" rough in and wanted a standard height toilet. Unfortunately we will need to return it, which is a lot of work. We will look for another brand/model. Also: note that this is an oddly small looking toilet due to small tank and lower seat.

toilet size incorrect base is 27 in not 26 in.

Ordered two (2) to replace two (2) ~1986 toilets. Both flush very well and move "the business" along nicely. Also ordered the matching seats

Love how it has a quick and effective flush! Only wish we received the round toilet instead of the elongated one because of space and height. The first one we received was broken.

Seemed cheaply finished. Lid had a chip in it. Poor packaging. I returned it and went with a Kohler.

It does stay straight and move to left or the right. The screws that came with it don't seem to be big enough that come with it.

Strong Flush, seems powerful. Not a quiet flush. Like the tall height, seat not included must purchase separately. Pleased with this purchase.
