Toilet seems loud when tank is filling up. Would rate Home Depot services very poor regarding assistance for installation. Called multiple times to attempt to schedule installation and phone would just ring. Went in person and was redirected from installation desk to plumbing and then service counter. No one seemed to know what they were doing or go about initiating services. Did not request installation service on purchase which was a mistake and attempting to do this after purchase was a waste of time. Ended going elsewhere to have toilets installed

Very happy with. Sharp looking design. Strong flush, 2 different flush buttons. May replace 2 others with this soon.

This is the 3rd Cadet 3 Siphonic dual flush toilet I installed in my house - replacing old American Standard Cadet toilets installed in 1994. Installation is easy. Flushes smoothly and effectively on both flush options. Interior surface is very smooth and easy to clean. Instructions as to how to adjust the flushing mechanism and the instructions have minimal diagrams for adjustment. This needs improvement.

Cannot fairly rate because the toilet won’t be installed until January 2022.

BEST TOILET THAT I HAVE HAD IN MY 72 YEARS !!! GREAT HEIGHT , FLAT TOP THAT I CAN PUT THINGS ON , LOVE THE DUAL FLUSH . DON'T HESITATE !!!!

Toilet kept refilling will an internal leak. We had to return.

The valve leaks and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I also can't find anything in support that will help. 5-6 times a day the toilet will run for a minute and shut off...so the valve must be leaking. I have made sure there is no trash under it. If you can provide help with this, I might change my star rating.

When I first installed the toilet, it worked ok, but after a month or 2, the liquid waste flush doesn't completely flush. I have watched videos about this and have tried many different adjustment settings but no improvement. The solid waste flush is good

Currently replaced my aging toilet with this beautiful tall dual flush slo close lid and I love it. Great for my knees and self esteem!

Way too small!! In order to fit over our existing plumbing, it has to sit several inches away from the wall. It’s very uncomfortable and we are going to have to replace it.

Easy to install. Worked first time and every time very well. I’m impressed. I like the tall feature so much. Excellent idea.

I installed this toilet yesterday which included the removal of the old stool. Easy as could be. I highly recommend.
