The toilet has been in service appx. 2 weeks now. Product is exactly as I expected based on the extensive research conducted before purchase. We considered more than 6 manufacturers and styles of fixtures. Power assisted flush, (as is this one), two gravity fed flush actions with swirling, cyclone like bowl wash patterns, different style bases, two piece and one piece fixtures. FLUSHMATE® Pressure-Assisted technology offers the only true high-performance, low consumption alternative. The American Standard Yorkville has the Flushmate flush engine I wanted. Actually has more "style" than I anticipated. Bonus! And it's a very good value. It operates perfectly on our well pump. The tank refills very quickly. We included the American Standard Champion Slow Close Elongated Closed Front Toilet Seat in White. Nice touch.

Product was good, but was required because earlier model (first unit) developed an internal plastic tank leak in the tank. An internal tank unit replacement costs within several dollars as a whole new toilet tank purchased here and in much easier to replace than the internal tank. Hopefully this one will be better as the first unit started to leak inside after just two years of service. At that cost this unit, while nice, costs over a hundred dollars per year of service. Way too expensive.

Excellent product as advertised, very powerful, but just a bit loud when flushing.

This toilet is great, but expensive. It solved the problem of having to drill out a hole in the slab for a toilet.

This HET (High Efficiency Toilet) was easy to install - which means, I didn't have to make another trip to Home Depot, and I didn't have to re-do any steps of assembly. It's been working great for 4 weeks. Features I like? 1) Pressure-assist means "plunge no more!" 2) Large water spot means the toilet brush remains unused. 3) HET means saving water and a rebate from my water source organization.

Great toilet and a great price. The flush pressure assist is great , we have a very sensitive plumbing system in an older house but this toilet flushes down all the waste so nicely. No need to double flush like a conventional gravity toilet. Very happy with it .

We hated this toilet! Didn’t realize that it was so noisy. Every time someone flushes, we can hear it. We learned our lesson and bought a different kind of toilet somewhere else.

Toilet does not flush properly; and, there is usually some toilet paper that does not go down. Unfortunately, it is only the type of toilet I can have in my condo, which requires a back flush mount.

This is the second set of these I've had. Bought the first ones two years ago with the rest of the toilet. The pressure vessel is made by EcoFlush. Both developed leaks at the "flush valve cartridge" and one also leaked at the handle when flushed. Warranty- Just return the defective parts, we will evaluate them and send you replacements if we think they are bad. And the repairs have to be performed by an "authorized" technician. Hey EcoFlush, here's a question for you - What am I supposed to use for a toilet while you evaluate the parts? Will you refund me the money I spend for the replacement parts while I wait for your evaluation? If these start to leak, I'm either going to switch to Kohler toilets or try to replace the "innerds" with the good old fashioned ballcock and flapper that are usually trouble free and a lot less expensive.
