Looks nice but that's about the only appeal. The lock in the back is really tough to get a key into. So its a daily challenge to collect mail. If you have outgoing mail you have to clip it to the mail slot door and leave it open. Only practical if there is no wind or rain. I am considering just going back to a plain $20 - $30 box.

The Mailbox arrived on schedule in excellent condition. The man who installed it did a fine job. The mail carrier is pleased with the mailbox and its good function. It was installed November 1, 2023. I am very satisfied with it because it is so convenient and adequate for mail. I would say, “Yes, it meets my expectations and more.” Delivery and Customer Service were EXCELLENT! Thank you.

We've had our mailbox for about 4 years until last night someone pried open the front locking bottom door to see what's inside. It appears that a thin screwdriver can be slid in between the door and the side of the mailbox and pliers used to pull it the rest of they way open. The front of the door was all scratched up from where they worked hard to pry it open. I had to bang the door straight and straighten the locking mechanism back to lock it back. Still not secure.

For a hundred bucks you would expect a quality product when it comes to a silly mailbox. BOTH locks failed within a month of purchase. The rear lock wouldn't accept the key anymore and the front lock wouldn't let go of the key today. Had to drill them both out and replace with new locks that don't fit quite right. Can't recommend.

As Stong as it is beautiful, lots of room for small purchases and prescriptions.

The front lock opened easily for about a month, then was more difficult to open, then froze and couldn't be opened. So we got the mail out through the back door, until last week that froze also and can't be opened. We had to drill the lock out to get our mail, and we're returning the mailbox to HomeDepot, hoping the warranty will allow us to get our money back.

I like that the mailbox opens from the sidewalk. It is very convenient and safe. I also like the size. It fits small packages very well.

This is a very nice looking mailbox that has plenty room for a weeks worth of mail. The security of a locking mailbox was what I needed when I'm not at home. I also like the back access door. I would recommend this mailbox to anyone.

I ordered on line , it did not come with bracket also I was in Home Depot the same box ( diff color ) was $40 less When I asked why , they couldn't give me an answer " pretty odd "

after only 5 months the door completely fell off. It says lifetime warranty so we shall see if the company is willing to replace the mailbox

Magnet that holds the insert door shut is weak and the wind has already popped the door open. You can still put your hand in through the top part to grab mail. The lock is very rough and tough to operate (lots of WD40!). I will likely return.

Because this mailbox is not deep enough, if you stick your hand in you can get away with pulling out paper packages or propaganda. Thats what happened to me unfortunately.
