Piece of junk
Purchased at a Hm depot store Lewiston ID. I'm 75 yrs old and if it wasn't so difficult to remove I would take it back. First one hinge broke I drilled and put a bolt thru, next the other hinge broke I fixed as other one. Then the door would not stay closed, so I put a piece of elastic from door pull to the hinge on the flag to hold it shut, now the flag has dropped off. It was held by a piece if plastic, no bolt either. A complete piece of junk,,,,my neighbor bought one exactly like mine and put it next to mine, which makes it harder to remove mine. His hasn't fallen apart yet but the garbage truck bumped into it and the door will not close on theirs. Perhaps the hinges will fail too and we both can get rid of these junk mail boxes.

Lid is breaking off
I purchased this mailbox about 6 weeks ago and today when I went to open it, the right hinge was broken off and the left one was about to break. I'm very dissatisfied with the poor quality of this product.

Large capacity mailbox and way bigger than my old one. The color is pretty and I like the fact that the door latch is magnetic. My old mailbox used to get stuck open. It was fairly easy to drill into my existing post with some really long screws. Its pretty wide which is nice for capacity. Overall a great mailbox that should last!
