I researched this product before buying it. Everything I read said this was a good mower. Well, they were right, it is a good mower. I had never driven a zero turn mower before and I had a learning curve. It was like Frank Burns, in MASH, driving a tank. The poor mower survived !

Fast mower, seems to be built well. Cuts alright, left some high uncut pieces i had to go back over. Ill go and sharpen the blades later. Even with the 2 little spings under the seat, its a rough ride if you have roots or uneven turain. Only have a few hours cutting with it but i am satisfied.

I did tons of research before buying these machine and let me tell you that I definitely love this mower. Mine comes with the Kawasaki motor that offers plenty of power and the fabricated cutting deck looks very strong as well. If you are looking for a good reliable Zero Turn Mower this is the one for you.

My first ZTR mower. More comfortable after 2nd use. Definitely has power. Rear wants to slide down hill (definitely heavier than my other mower). Therefore time gained on flat areas taken up by trimming with push mower.

I bought this mower for my 66 yo sister whose husband passed away last September. She was using a lawn tractor and it was hurting her back trying to turn it. She noticed a difference right away! Very pleased.

Well the first one I bought, after 2 hrs of mowing the seat feel off, it was not put together correctly, I assume it was put together at the store, long story short I talked to the manager, Matt, and he delivered me another one 2 days later, everything seams good on this one, no problems !!

I have only used it twice since I purchased it on about 3 acres with some not so level ground. So far it has worked out pretty good and cut my mowing time in half nearly. I was a little disappointed to learn after 300 hrs the Kawasaki engine would need valves adjusted though.

Great mower, the deck is very well made and the engine is plenty of power for this machine. The cut is good but it lays tall grass down and you have to make multiple passes, maybe I need to cut my grass more often. Beware if your yard has any steep slopes, you can lose control very easily. This mower is advertised for flat terrain for a reason I guess. Overall I am happy, I just need to learn to navigate the steep areas of my yard without losing control. The engine and deck are a lot quieter than I expected but the hydro pumps are very loud.

I am very happy with my new mower. It is all that I had hoped it would be. I love the Kawasaki engine and the design of the mower. Even though I had never operated a zero turn mower, this one was very easy to learn how to maneuver. I felt I got a pretty good deal not only on the price, but getting it delivered to my doorstep and free of charge. VERY SATISFIED Customer!

My husband loves everything about his new zero turn mower. I tried it myself and found it easy to use. It does use a bit more gas then we are used to. Maybe that's because it is a larger machine. We have had it for four days and my husband has not been off of it each day.

Home Depot delivered my machine completely assembled. After reading the owner's manual, it was very easy to jump on and start mowing. I am very satisfied with the product.

I purchased a supposed to be factory remanufactured Ikonx 52 this mower almost killed me contacted home depot and Ariens nothing was done even took it to the authorized dealer and they only fixed one brake on it. I have contacted Home Depot on multiple occasions about this mower I was finally told that I had to bring it back to Home Depot for them to send it off for repair. I will never purchase anything else from HD period.

This is my second review on my Ikon X 52" Zero Turn Mower. I bought it 3/13/17 and now that I have had it for two years I think I can give you a better assessment of the over all performance and reliability of this product. In my opinion this is an Outstanding product, it's is designed well and built to last. Changing the oil can be a pain but I modified the valve so it's more convenient. The 23 HP Kawasaki engine has plenty of power to cut through anything, but if your using a mulch kit make sure you go a little slower, this will allow it to do a thorough job. The seat is nice but I wish it had better springs, if you have back problem the vibration could be a problem depending on how leave your yard is. When you store this for the winter, make sure you run it dry and drain the oil, this way you won't get gunk build up in your carburetor and condensation in your oil. I threw the deck belt and the tension pulley slammed into the spindle pulley and bent them both. I had to replace the whole spindle assembly because the pulley and spindle are welded together, cost me $100. and the tension pulley $26 I guess this happens when the deck belt comes off?? Also I advise if your using a mulch kit that you clean underneath the deck to remove any grass build up, I bought two ramps and stands so I can spray inside the mulching compartment to remove any grass build up. All and All this is a Awesome Mower and I Highly Recommend it. You won't find a better mower hands down anywhere else for the price, by it you will love it. I will try to post some pictures of the mod I did on the oil drain valve if possible.
