The medley stone backsplash looks great behind my stove and sink. I optioned for the extra glue on the back as the prep would have been time-consuming and messy. I’ve only had it up for a week and still need to seal it but I’ve already had many comments on the look. Very happy with it so far.

Iron slate color had nice grey variation with some tan which pulls the color from my hardwood floors

I bought and installed this 3 years ago for a bathroom backsplash application. At the time I loved it and would have given it 5 stars. It went on a newly painted wall. After about a year it began to come off the wall near the top. I just used some glue about an inch down all along the edge and it worked well. Another year went by and the middle began to unstick. I am unable to access it because of the glue edge I did a year before. Now, three years after application, the rock itself is peeling off the black sheathing it came on. It’s a mess and I will not only need to rip it off, but will need to either redo the drywall behind it or mud it because when I try to remove it, it pulls the paper off the drywall as well. I deeply regret using it.

The Charcoal Slate is all tile is amazing, goes on easy and is also very easy to cut. Make sure you seal it twice with 511 H2O Plus Sealer (also from Home Depot).

These tiles look good and are easy to cut and install, but they have a major technical flaw. They stain if oil splashes on it and don't clean easy. If you use your kitchen for pan and wok cooking with oil, these tiles are not for you. And as one other commenter wrote, the reflection at night is not like you'd see on a real quarts stone. It's more like that of a reflective tape. During the day they do look good though.

This is a great DIY product. It was exactly what I wanted and fully met my expectations.

Instalation was simple. Looks good during the day but at night it dang near glows. I used this to update around the fireplace, I chose the stone look for a more rustic/natural appearance; but at night it looks like reflective tape. It is so bad. I wish I would have just painted it!

we received it in excellent condition. The look and feel of this is quite unique, and it looks like real stone. so easy to apply! Gives our kitchen a whole new "feeling". We are quite impressed and we are looking forward to finishing the rest of our kitchen with this!

The quality of the stone surface has a nice look and feel to it. It cuts well with tin snips; you'll want sharp ones, bc once your snips dull the stone can flake as you cut (since then you're not cutting but pinching). The trouble was the glue they used to make the product. It seems to have seeped out along the seams between stones, so you see dark marks or white residue all over. I've posted photos. Overbuy by 50% to have enough to complete your job though.

Easy DIY installation!

Absolutely stunning!!!! I love my new backslash!!! It was not that hard to put up i went ahead and used the glue they recommended even though you didn't have to... For my first time to do it I only had one small mistake but its not noticeable

Great product and easy to use. We used a miter saw to cut it and it worked well. Also primed the area and used liquid nails as an added adhesion. I had no issues with the tile falling.

We shopped for the perfect backsplash for our new camp trailer and this was it. Took us about an hour to make cuts and install.

Adhere to surface easily. A little tough for beginner to cut as the material flaked and hard to cut smoothly. Beautiful product and pleased with the finished project.

I liked the product but since I plan to cover a half in a well lit location, this material has a slight sheen to me. However, it would be great as a backsplash in a kitchen or bathroom. The material is well constructed and would cover well. I hope to find more of this material for my kitchen. I love the texture and blend of colors.

The quality of the product is excellent - lots of colors and sheen intermixed! We primed the walls with Kilz as recommended but have found that the tiles won't stick in some areas. I would recommend also using construction grade adhesive for this project to prevent the corners from peeling up.

I love the look of these tiles. It doesn't look cheap or fake, they blend well, and it was easy to cut with tin snips. They are very adhesive, so I learned quickly not to take the sheet off the back all at once. Its better to place it on the wall and peel as you go along. That worked for me.

Great purchase! Used to update an old tired fireplace I was considering removing as I hated it so much! These tiles were very easy to place/match up and cut - used a utility knife and even scissors. They stuck well and haven’t lifted yet, it’s been about 3 weeks since installation.

Awesome, I first saw this product i said i would never use something like this, thought it was fake looking, after further investigation, found it to be real stone, easy to cut and install, did it myself in no time, looks amazing, and you know the saying, happy wife, happy life, well we are happy.

It was pretty easy to work with, sticks nicely. And I've never done anything like this before, but super happy the way it turned out. I impressed myself. haha

We bought the extra adhesive because of earlier reviews. This was easy to install and looks great. We especially like that it’s real rock.

so.... got this for our RV to give it a more home like feel since we RV full time... we have used Smart Tile before and absolutely loved it. We thought hey lets use this to give us a look we cant get from smart tile and we are extremely disappointed. Smart tile sticks no questions asked. This stuff fell off the wall over night. I mean why should i have to buy another type of adhesive. If that is the case i will put regular tile up... it aint that much weight when you are doing a small backsplash. It was a complete waist of 60 bucks (Yes 60 bucks to do a small job isnt much but you expect the product to work). From now on i will just do Smart tile and be done with it.

Great product for backslash in powder room. I decided to use construction grade adhesive in lieu of just relying on the sticky backing. It was relatively easy to get into the tight space and I’m very happy with the finished look.

This looks amazing on the wall! It's a gorgeous mix of quartz colors. The adhesive on the back is very strong...I don't see this ever falling off the wall. I liked how easy it was to cut with tin snips, so no saw was needed, and that a file was effective when just the slightest adjustment was needed for the next piece to fit.

We purchased these for am accent wall over our fireplace. Next day they started peeling off. Will have to purchase some glue to reinforce.

Easy to use, looks great. I believe it’s over priced to be honest but i guess I could say that about all back splashes. Hopefully it will hold up to the test of time.

Easy to install, great product, the adhesive is similar to the 3M industrial grade double sided tape , also a great product.

Great product. Very easy to install. Placed them over ceramic tile that was around our fireplace. They seem to be sticking well. Every once in a while I walk by and push them down but none seem to be lifting. Would purchase again
