Let me start off by saying that we have purchased many Atlantic Furniture pieces. We have found all of them to be made to a very high standard. The instructions that came with the furniture were easy to follow and the assembly was a joy.

Arrived on time. No damage. Relatively easy to put together. Excellent and easy to follow instructions. Well thought out design. Seems to be a solid and nice looking piece of furniture that saves space in our guest bedroom when not in use.

Other than some of the wooden dowels were missing to put it together correctly, the company was emailed with NO response. Nice finished product though.

Whereas the Atlantic Murphy bed is a great addition and will allow our guests to sleep in a decorative stowaway bed, I worry about the weight limit for the bed as the manufacturer doesn’t state what it is and I’d hate the item to break under someone that doesn’t know its limitations.

I was able to put the unit together by myself (some would consider me an "older" lady) The bottom actually comes already put together so the rest was pretty easy. It is a nice looking unit and is in my spare bedroom that I also use as an art studio. I have had it for a month and only one person has slept on it. My son is a large man and he was not happy with the mattress. He said he "bottomed out" on it which means to be that he felt the wooden platform through the mattress. I expected the murphy bed to be useful when we had company and up and out of the way the rest of the time. I really like the looks and convenience of it.

I read the positive and negative reviews and gambled with the positive. I wish I never order this subpar overpriced headache.Delivery was on time .Fit and finish is nonexistent.Holes for handles are too shallow for bolts provided and right support panels holes are drilled 1/2 inch off.The finish is white and offers little protection ,the under color bleeds thru.The materials and finished product are flimsy at best.Just called customer service and a answering service answered my call. I was told in 10 days someone from Atlantic Furniture will get back to me about damaged parts .Purchased this from Home Depot for $1229.99 . I have had good experiences with HD and expected more from a HD sub .I would not recommend this product.

There are a few tiny defects, but overall it arrived in great shape and the unit arrived beautifully packaged and was easy to assemble. The bed is very comfortable!

So far, so good. Seems to be a comfy mattress. We like the minimal space it takes up in our guest room.

We used this product 4 times and the wood where the hinges were attached split. Ordered and put together in June was broken by September.

Very beautiful. Needed two people to put it together. You need someone with experience. It has scratch marks by the front handles. No one has slept on it yet so I can’t review comfort

Cabinet arrived but have been waiting for matress since 7/23. Atlantic furniture has yet to answer any of my emails or phone calls. I understand Covid has created issues but its been almost 6 weeks since Murphy cabinet arrived. Customer service has not been responsive. Product itself is good quality.

Love this Murphy bed! It’s compact but oh so comfortable. Had company over and they said it was the best sleep they had in a long time. This is a great product, with great quality and very well priced. You get what you pay for!

We had good and bad reviews on way fair about this bed but we decided to try it only a couple of blemishes and one chip in wood but not noticeable when all together didn't take to long to put together already had company use it said it was comfortable and we love the unit when folded up just be careful when pulling out the frame we had it slide of the track were the drawers are otherwise very happy and got it through Home Depot because we deal with them a lot and could pick it up at our local store

We received this bed last week, two weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date, which was great! We're very pleased with this purchase. Just recently downsized and while we still have a three bedroom home, we wanted to keep one of the bedrooms as an office/guest room. I had researched daybeds, Murphy beds, and sofa beds, and the Nantucket Murphy Bed was the highest rated bed in all the articles I read. The two deciding factors for me was that it is wood & not particle board, and the quality of the mattress included with the bed. The bed wasn't difficult to put together and we didn't have any issues as some others had mentioned regarding missing parts or damaged pieces. The inside bottom panel of the drawer does have a footprint on it that won't come out. Looks as if someone stepped on it before the paint dried. But I can and probably would have added a drawer liner to it anyway. Thus my 4-star rating. The bed is fairly easy to set up and fold away, and I really like that there is a storage drawer large enough to hold the pillows and bedding that we will use on it. Although we haven't had any quests yet, I expect they will sleep much more comfortably on this bed versus a sofa bed. Those just haven't changed that much and offer little support for the mattress. This bed is solid, as the description says, 333 pounds, and the mattress is four inches of memory foam and two inches of cooling gel. Time will tell how well it holds up, but so far we are very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the Nantucket bed.

It was easy to put together, following all the instructions, by one person. The delivery was sub optimal. I got no notification it was coming. It came a week earlier than expected. Would have been nice to get that notification. I came home only to see it on a palate on my driveway unprotected. It is very heavy for one person, but I managed to get it in the safety of my garage...

Yes, it did. In fact, it’s much better than what I thought it would be.

My in-laws just stayed on it and said it is super comfortable and stable. The outlets on the side are an awesome feature.

Although it is larger than I anticipated, it is a great piece of furniture! We hired someone to put it together (about $60) and it took them about 2 hours. Very simple to open and close and mattress seems comfortable. The storage drawers are an added bonus.,

It's great and looks good too! It was easy to assemble and the instructions were very detailed; it took a couple of hours. The only issue is the weight (total over 300 lbs) and that the only option you offer is for it to be delivered to the driveway/garage. My husband and I are both in our 60's and it would have been nice to have the option to have it delivered inside the house to the room where we are using it because each box was over 100 lbs except for the mattress and that was over 50lbs

Nothing about this twin unit is worth the money we paid for it! Shoddy workmanship and not easy to assemble!! Day 3 and still not fully put together!

It can damagrd and the company who made it won’t call me back!!!
