Works as expected. Water flows rapidly. Got it for small office and has been received with rave reviews. Worried that heated water would be missed, but that has not been a problem.

Works well for a counter top dispenser.

This dispenser is lightweight so easily to position but to put water bottle on, it's difficult for needed to remove cap then spills as you pour it onto dispenser. Also, have been couple days now and water is not that cold. Almost the same as cool.

This will be the third one I will buy, as they last about two or three years before the little motor dies. I have no idea why they have two spigots, and I can't put my cup down to fill it; have to hold it. I can't find an alternative that is more reasonable to buy. I do not need 'hot', just cold water. Do not need room temperature water.

It did not have hot water and that is why I bought it! My fault I just saw the 2 spouts!

I rated this item a one star. The instructions suggested flushing the system before use. I actually flushed it three times before use. Even with this many flushes, the water tasted like burnt plastic. I consequently returned this item. I subsequently read some other reviews on this same item and found many other complaints of the same problem. I strongly encourage Home Depot to discontinue selling this item.

The dispenser had been returned and would not accept water. Was very disappointed. Ordered another one today and hopefully it is NEW!

It was good.. For What i need it for ...cools water ... And small enough yo fit on any counter

I love my countertop water cooler, its great for my 3 gallon jugs. It works like a charm. It is not too large fits perfectly on my counter. I love the cool vs cold options as well.

The unit looks good, easy to use, but it runs constantly and most of the time the yellow light is on indicating that the water is not cold. Hope it's not running my electric bill to the max! I have had electric water coolers for years and never had one that ran so often.
