very nice look easy to install

This looks great and such a good price. The lamps are small about 12 inches in length and I had a large picture so I put two...I think it looks great!

Easy to install and the lights cover any picture with pure white light.

The lamp is small and compact, yet lights up pictures really well, even very large ones. We are really happy with it.

Slim, elegant and unobtrusive. Adds just the right light too.

Light is great! Very reasonably priced. Appears to be made well, plus, is very light weight. I attached the light to the back of the frame it was bought for. Absolutely would recommend this! I have it plugged into a timer to automatically turn on and off. Only had it a month, should last years! Brightness is prefect, not harsh in your eyes.

This lamp marketed by Bazz from Canada is true to its purpose; it screams "I'm not here" in a tiny voice. In this case, that's a good thing. As a picture lamp it should do nothing to distract attention from the art it is lighting. It is essentially a 13.5 inch finger thick tube with 20 LED's, attached to a thin angled bracket. Power is supplied by a transformer with a 12 foot power cord. On the right end of the tube you'll find an on-off push button. It uses 1.4 watts and is rated at 77 Lumens. I'm using it to light music for my keyboard/synth. I can't help but think that an oiled bronze finish would fit better with wooden and/or dark picture frames and tone the lamp down even further while giving it a look of quality. The lamp would also benefit from a stamped groove behind the bracket and between the two mounting holes to route the power cord as a straight drop and from using mounting screws that have an interesting and stylistically consistent shape, instead of flat head phillips, especially since they're the most notable feature on the lamp.

Illuminates well and is of a good quality. I have it set with a WiFi plug so it turns on and off automatically. The only problem is that you can directly see the leds when seated. It needs a cover to hide the light better and it's not really possible to bend the support arm to help, though this would change the light on the picture. I am planning on taping a 3/4" paper on it as a shield, hope it works.

Nice lamp, the warm white is about perfect, looks great showing the painting and frame. Was pretty easy to install and the wire is not too noticeable. I like the button to turn off / on the lamp. It has LED lights and is very cool to the touch.

Recommend with caveat. Terrific bargain for smaller pieces. This light worked very well on out first installation but as you can see from the photo not so well on the second. This larger, 2' x 3', and much older piece shows the limitations of the lamp. The smaller piece 14"x 18" with UV blocking glass was well illuminated with the light spread evenly. THis large piece will require a 30" lamp and several hundred $.

This was the perfect light for the job as I was looking for a lamp to provide “accent” lighting. When switching it on for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised. It’s short, just over thirteen inches long, and lightweight. Those who take issue with drilling holes in their walls will not like that this is the only option when it comes to mounting the light. So long as you plan on using it on a piece that isn’t going to move, then it’s irrelevant. Mounting is easy; two screws and two drywall anchors is all it takes, and they are included with the light. I have a 30” x24” piece of family-produced artwork in a prominent yet dimly lit local of my living room. I decided to use the LED picture lamp on this piece as I want this artwork to be the room’s showpiece. The first thing I noticed was the lamp’s low-profile. It’s barely noticeable when it’s off, and doesn’t “steal” the scene when it’s on. It does what it’s supposed to; splash a bit of light onto a painting/picture, enough to attract your attention to it but not enough to cause glare on the glass in the frame. I wanted the art to “pop”; be noticed when you walk in the room, and adding this light did exactly that. It comes with a ‘long’ power cord. No matter where you plan on using it, the lamp will be within reach of an outlet. There is an inconspicuous on/off button on one end of the lamp but I have it plugged into a timer for convenience. This product has sold me on the idea of picture lamps. I’d buy more, if only I had more fine art in the house. I’m just not sure if I would by this on. I like the idea of having the option of clamping the lamp right to the frame and avoiding the hassle of holes in my wall. A light this small and lightweight could have been clamped on most frames. I ‘do’ see the advantage to being able to use it to illuminate art without a frame. I get it that not everything worth accenting with light has a frame you can clamp a light to. Therefore it has to be a wall-mount. That said, I don’t regret giving this one a try. It’s staying right where it is, and will continue accenting my family’s art for years to come.

This is an inexpensive but effective picture light. It's only 1.4 watts, so not super bright, but it does do a good job of highlighting art work. (see photo). I like the fact that it is low voltage but NOT battery operated; it comes with a transformer so you can plug it into a timer and have the light turn on and off automatically. Because it is low voltage, the power cord is very thin - and extra long, maybe 12 feet, so is easy to run down the wall and over to an electrical outlet without needing an extension cord. If you are looking for a bright daylight effect for your artwork, you'll want a lot more lumens, but it was just right for this application.

The light output from the lamp is inadequate. Second problem is that although they do work off a 120 volt supply it's through a transformer that steps the voltage down to 12 volts. So unless you have a socket outlet behind your picture that is recessed enough for the 120 volt plug and transformer not to show, you're going to have a trailing wire which is unsightly. In my case these aren't fit for purpose and I will buy others.

I was looking for a picture light that would light up my wine cabinet from the outside as the shelves are not glass and yet not be too intrusive and also tie in to my existing kitchen fan light. This product pretty much did the trick. It is nice looking, light weight and easy to install.

Very light and a bit smaller than it looks. Decent light for the dartboard though. Comparatively a good price.

Bought this for my dartboard nice long cord. Like the little switch on the side.

Like this light, hung it over a painting and it looks nice. The switch is on the actual light, so that’s a little unhandy but not a huge deal. The price of this item was much more reasonable than any other I saw. Recommend.
