Basic toilet seat, only option in a beige color. Easy to install but should be a bit larger to cover the rim of the toilet better. Otherwise clean and simple design.

Hinge pins broke loose right after a year was up
Hinge pins broke loose after a year so Top lid slams down now. Done with Bemis.

It is a very good item. I had someone to install it they did not do a good job. The toilet seat is adjustable for some odd reason it is not even on the toilet. The color is nice (beige). Great because it the top or bottom of the toilet seat cannot be slammed.

Good Product but $50 is a lot of money for a plastic toilet seat. The last one I had at a summer rental house was almost the same, it lasted about one summer season and since it is plastic the hinge broke.Had a lot of butts getting pinched and it had to be changed. Since it is a summer rental where I use them I like the fact they don’t slam. No little kid is getting their fingers hurt. Just another potential liability.
