I just bought one of these and absolutely love it! Where have I been? I’ll never go back to using a cord! This trimmer is so easy and fun to use that I went back there the store and bought a cordless blower. The little 20v to be exact. After watching a few videos on these I am so glad I went with Black and Decker! Kudos on a great product!

Plenty of power and run time. Also not very heavy and height is adjustable. Excellent choice for a 5'6" woman.

Bought this the middle of May, and 3 months later the trigger quit working. Reordered, hope this was an isolated issue, otherwise I will be looking for a different manufacturer. fingers crossed, I hope this is not the current state of Black and Decker's tools. They used to be a great manufacturer, and it would be a shame if this is their current state of their tools. The one it replaced was over 10 years old!

Exactly what I wanted replacing the old one that wore out. Works like a champ. The addition of manual control on feeding the line is a great new addition.

It’s fast and so easy to use! The wheel keeps it straight to edge perfectly! I love that I don’t have to change the spoil of cord, and it automatically feeds with the touch of a button! Works like a charm!

This is the second one I have had. The first one overheated and I had to stop using it until it cooled down . I really liked the ease of use from weed trimming to edging, so I got another one through my Credit Union rewards. Now this one won't feed the string. It worked with the original string spool and hasn't worked since. Once I put the cover on the string mechanism, it stops feeding the string. If I loosen the cover I can get the string to click and pull out, but once I put the orange cover back on it stops feeding again. So disappointed.

I bought it 15 years ago. Still the same 2 battery's that I use on my 33000 sq feet of land. One hour triming job every summer week and still going. Just love it.

I found the trimmer light and easy to use. I love the button for more string. The battery life is not quite long enough. You definitely need a spare battery to do a large yard.

Light weight and don't have to change annoying string and auto advance. What else could you ask for?

New and out the box.It didn’t work would only make a humming noise.

This trimmer far out performs any other battery powered trimmer that I have used. The line feeding is superb never fails never jams, easy to change the string when needed.

Battery life is not for over 15 minute's at best. Who thought a 2.5 ah battery would work. Length is not like the older models so if over 5’ 5” forget it unless you like bending over all while using. Going into the garage sale box. Only thing I like is the edger setup and that is why I bought it in the first place.

Easy to use and pretty light weight

Their was no instructions on how long to charge battery s first time. Ruined 2 batteries due to no instructions on how to charge first time. They are in the process of sending me 2 more batteries which I truly appreciate!

Less than a month of use and it no longer works..full charge but will not turn on!! Just frustrating.. Do Not Buy this product complete waste of money and time!!

This product is not built very well they last about a year and the poorly designed trigger system fails and can’t be repaired. The only reason my mother in law likes them is they are light weight and she has several batteries and chargers from past purchases. If you are thinking of purchasing one DON’T save your money and buy something else.
