Very nice lock. Installation instructions were easy to follow. The lock was expensive though.

beautiful set

This an elegant, high-quality lock. What I really like is how I only need one key for one lock to enter my home. The lock is solid and feels heavy. It is a little pricey, but I feel it's worth it.

At first it was scary seeing all the pieces that I had to put together, once I started following the printed directions it was super easy.Love the new lock and handle.

Nice sturdy material but the package was missing 2 screws!

This lock set was as expected. The smart key feature is a major timesaver. We did not need to change the lock combination, only replace the design to provide the easier to operate lever design. No need to issue a bunch of new keys.

I was replacing an old fixture on a steel door, so I had some challenges with drilling new holes, but the new set up looks great. Very sturdy and easy-to-install.

Lock cylinder is not interchangeable with Baldwin Type C Key so i now have two keys to the house as I won't change the higher quality locusts for these lessor quality units.

This is a beautiful lockset, and works very smoothly. It covered up the previous holes in our door, which a previous item we had purchased was unable to do.

Easy to install, great product

We liked this entry lock set so much we bought a second for our rear patio door. The Baldwin Spyglass entry lock set is sleek and modern with a beautiful Venetian bronze finish that looks thick and seems to be durable. Easy to install - the instructions are clear. Know that this lock set comes as a single cylinder however. That worked for us because our front door is not near a window or has a side glass panel that can be easily broken allowing the deadbolt lever to be turned through a window so we installed both entry lock sets as single cylinder set ups. I actually like being able to merely turn the deadbolt lever form the inside to lock up at night and if we leave by the front door I like that a key is required to lock the door secure. This makes it easy to go in and out the front door without accidentally locking yourself out like what happened with our old door lock set. With a double cylinder you would require a key to lock from the inside as well as unlock from the outside. That would be necessary if you had a glass panel next to your door. Another reviewer indicated a double cylinder conversion kit is available. Contact customer service at (877) 315-7853 and they will send out the kit.

What a nice piece of hard wear! Came in a very short time-great shipping, packaged securely. I can't tell you enough good things about this entrance set! So European, so nicely made and works like a dream. Installation took a bit of time but nothing extreme. Highly reccomend this product!

I really love the way this looks on the door. I had purchase other one's trying to cover up old holes from my first handle and lock that was on the door when I moved in but nothing seemed to be able to cover them up very well. This was perfect and was very easy to install. This not only covered the old holes but it also looks great too so I am very happy with this. I like the smartkey feature as well. Great product all around.

This lock set featuring the smart key technology is a real statement piece. Coming up to your front door and this handle and lock set is at your entry really makes a statement. It is beautifully crafted and the mechanical parts are smooth turning and operating. This lock was very easy to install with clear directions. The smart key design allows you to easily rekey the lock using the existing keys in stead of having to replace the lock. It also comes with a cap to close up the existing hole for the bottom handle part. We love this one piece design entry handle and lock set. It's perfect!

Satisfactory but not an excellent or exceptional product

This is a beautiful, modern looking entry set. It's easy to install and is solid. I have a Baldwin Prestige entry set on my front door and I got this for our back door. It complements our transitional kitchen perfectly and works great. It has the "easykey" feature so I was able to key it to match the key on our front door without difficulty, that is fantastic.

This entrance lever set is super heavy duty and solid! Great for a larger door or commercial use. Easy to follow instructions, for a beginner to experienced installer. Really well made, stylish look and built to last.
