DO NOT BUY THIS BED - It broke in 1.5 months. My wife and I had a horrible experience with this bed - HomeDepot Client Services were great, not their fault - through the entire process. We picked up the bed and they only gave us 1 box, had to go back to get 2nd box and it was missing the slats so we had to sleep on the floor. The slats never came so HomeDepot agreed to make some 2x4 but their machine was broken so they sent us to another HomeDepot. The manager at the 2nd HomeDepot had no idea we needed the slats so that became another problem. The bed rail broke on the left side where the long screws go in so we took it back to HomeDepot to return it.

Really lovely wood and a nice neutral grey headboard in a suit like material. Very sharp.

The middle supoort leg cracked and broke after about 5 months of normal use. The COMBINED weight of my partner and I is barely over 300 pounds. We weren’t doing anything crazy in bed. It randomblu broke two night ago as we were getting in. It looks cheap and it turns out it was cheaply constructed, too.

Very flimsy, not too sturdy but is maybe what you should expect for the cost. It’ll do the job. Looks good for the most part but if you have a thick mattress it does cover a larger part of the headboard.

The bed looks great but was missing the center 2 wood support beams!

Materials are not the best quality, but for the price it feels solid and looks good. No complaints so far after a week of use.

I was hoping that this bed would be great because I really like the look of it. But we have not had it more than two months and the support boards underneath broke. The support board at the headboard that is supposed to hold up the mattress broke in half and the support feet underneath broke also. My husband and I are not heavy people so I can only say that this bed is very cheaply made and the material is extremely weak. Very disappointed with this purchase.

I love this bed! I assembled by myself and it took about 2 hours, would have been much easier with 2 people. The screws were a little difficult to get into place but other than that very straight forward and easy. It looks very beautiful, feels sturdy, and I am happy with my purchase.

Really like how this bed looks and it seemed fairly straightforward to put together. My only issue is that you can feel a lot of movement when someone else is getting in/out or moving around. I thought the fifth center leg would help more with that stability, but I am also a pretty sensitive and light sleeper. Not a dealbreaker though, especially for a quality-looking piece at this price range. I would buy again.

Easy to assemble, looks good in the room.

The bed didn’t come with any instructions or hardware, it took over 2 weeks to get it from the manufacturer. Other than that the bed seems good and sturdy.

Beautiful bed. Need two people to put together. Not sure the longevity of the bed but I’ve had it for a couple weeks now and it seems good. Good deal for the cost.

This bed was delivered with all 4 bed legs misisng, and the entire hardware set was also missing. I had to be put in contact with the vendor directly, and after a week they told me that the missing parts were backordered 1-2 months. A very frustrating experience.

This bed was a little tricky to put together, but overall I love it! Looks fantastic in the space and arrived earlier than anticipated.

Putting the bed together went better than I thought. It was best done with two people. The walnut wood is beautiful and shade of gray in the headboard hit the mark!

Cheaply made

The look and quality of this platform bed is just what I was hoping for! It was easy to put together and definitely gives our master bedroom a more finished look. We love it!

Some of the parts were defective. So I had to improvise with some extra parts of my own. Overall I was expecting less but I am pleased with the product.

Overall this bed is excellent and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a less expensive platform bed. I had to do a bit of extra work to find out the actual weight capacity (turns out to be ~500-600 pounds,) but all in all I’m happy with the final product. The look is excellent and was well represented by the photos, what you see is what you get. The headboard feels sturdy, looks great, and is comfortable to lean against. Assembly was also pretty quick and easy. Take your time and be patient, and it comes together in no time. One note on the shipping; it comes it 3 separate boxes. For some reason the slats came on a separate UPS truck. I was worried I would have had to return the bed or wait another week to get the slats, but I ended up chasing down a random UPS truck and the driver happily turned them over to me. (Full disclosure, this is not the first time I have chased down a UPS driver.) I’ve had this bed for about 3 weeks, and I have only one complaint. The support legs that screw into the center support under the bed are not great. They are about 1-2 inches to short. They have these screw in rubber feet to help even the legs and protect the floor, but since they are too short they keep unscrewing themselves and falling out. They do not touch the ground when there is no weight on the bed, so as you get in and out of the bed they loosen and fall out. I might try and put some kind of rubber support pads under them to help with this.

It took THREE deliveries and a redelivery before we had all the parts. Home Depot's cust service was helpful, but I don't understand how you could offer a product on your website from a manufacturer (Baxton Studios) that doesn't make sure their parts are boxed/shipped properly. Ridiculous.

After owning it for 3 months, the side wood piece broke while getting into it. Now I can’t use it

The bed was fairly easy for my handy man to assemble. It is a very nice sturdy bed and the head bead fabric is really nice.I would buy this bed again.The customer service when I called was very curious and helpful.Thank you

This bed was so easy to set up, did it in abut 30 mins or less. We were going for a mid century modern look and this fits our aesthetic perfectly, great price and great quality!

The bed has been a great, easy to assemble, no additional tools needed. Very comfortable, good height, clean mid century look i wanted. Only slight concern is the headboard padding within the tufting is more prominently circular than id like but overall really happy with the purchase. Id recommend.
