Excellent torch head
This torch head is very good. It is especially helpful when working in a tight, awkward position. The convenience of "click and solder" cannot be overstated. This reliable design has been around for many, many years. I feel that is an indicator of its value.

Great
Works really well. Love the automatic starter. Great, consistant heat. I don't care that the torch flame is not adjustable. Not necessary for my proposed. Great product.

Simple, dependable torch. Works great inverted, too. I have used these torches for two decades now. The color of the button has changed, but the quality and reliability have stayed. Best all around automatic hand torch around.

It doesn't light all the time on the first click...
It doesn't light all the time on the first click like my old one used to and doesn't seem to produce as hot of a flame as my old one did. But then again in today's world what if anything is made as well as products made in the past? Or am I just getting old ? Tired ? Worn out ?

The igniter on my cheaper benzomatic torch head wore out,...
The igniter on my cheaper benzomatic torch head wore out, so I thought I'd purchase a dual propane/MAP head...I assumed that a $30+ head would have a flame level control, but shouldn't have...this one has no way to control the flame level/output. Very disappointing for the price. Otherwise works well.
