A couple damaged pieces in delivery (which was expected). The wood for the trusses was severely warped, which had a bit of an impact on the final product of the kit. Definitely not a one-person build. Would like to see instructions made for someone trying to construct the building mostly on their own. Thankfully, I have a couple helpful neighbors that helped me lift the walls and trusses into place for nailing. Speaking of, definitely get a nail gun. Was able to build all the trusses and walls in less than a day with my nail gun, rather than several days of hand nailing. Maybe give the option of providing collated nails in the kit, rather than hand nails....? Overall, the kit does make it easy to make sure you have all that you need to build and construct a decent-looking structure. I did add siding to the front to match the look of our very old house. I also opted to install the kit on a row of cement blocks which are mortared to a footing (not necessary, but will last forever).

Didn’t come with all the necessary wood and some of the wood that did come was so warped it was unusable. However, overall as a lone person building it, it’s a pretty good system/set up. Recommend reading the instructions a couple times prior to starting and again as you go to really understand.

Product is as stated. I got good support from Richard at Gleenwood. The Home depot piece of the delivery did not arrive with the Gleenwood part at the same time which caused some problem, but it got resolved. The plans are accurate. I would like a more complete kit if I get another( electric, doors, windows included).

Built this kit for a customer. It is more of a professional project than a homeowner project. Full equipment line is needed. Roof, for instance, is not walkable. Gables are best done by 3 guys. Better instructions would help. Some lumber is poor. Garage should def be put on a foundation/slab.

Was not pleased with all the extras that needed to be purchased to complete the project and some of the Lumber was poor quality. Also had to make another 74 mile round trip to replace roofing cap that was defective.

This package was delivered on time and quickly. It has been easy to follow the directions and assemble. Initially one person can do the work, but you need 2or 3 people once you get to the point of standing up the walls. The quality of the wood in the kit has been great....straight and pieces fit together as they should. It would be nice to have the option to order with screws instead of nails. I am not strong enough to pound in the nails and I spend just under $100 replacing the nails with screws. The representative on the support line has been understanding and helpful. (FYI - I am a woman working mostly alone)
