[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just remodeled the kitchen and this is the focal point. It has 2 levels of lighting and several fan speeds, it vents well. The filters are easy to clean and the whole thing looks great.

All was good for 3 years, then poof the control board goes out! Out of warranty, and no longer make the parts for this model!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood has ample power, good lighting and easy to remove filter screens. It could use a general on/off switch for the fan instead of the +/- buttons which it does have. It forces one to cycle down through the settings to shut hood off. Stainless steel finish appears to be firm and easy enough to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this hood as part of a complete kitchen renovation. We purchased this hood, a five burner cooktop, double ovens, and a dishwasher. I am disappointed in the seam in the upper portion, which I was told is “just how it comes” and the noise. It’s impossible to hear anything while cooking if the fan is on above. I like all the other Bosch appliances we purchased.

We purchased this vent hood to go with a kitchen remodel full of Bosch appliances. From day one it has never done a sufficient job of venting smoke and steam from the cooktop. The suction is so weak that you can take a Kleenex and hold it against the metal grill and it won't stay. Even on high, where it's extremely loud, you're not going to get smoke out. This thing has become a conversation piece at dinner party's, which we have all the time. We have to bring a box fan in from the garage and open up a window while we're cooking and all of our friends think it's hilarious considering the high-end nature of our remodel and we have this piece of junk that almost ruins the night.

I bought this two weeks ago and it looks very sleek with my kitchen. Even though my kitchen is Italian style, this chimney gives it a sleek look and it look as great with the other stainless steel appliances

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed 7/2014 into remodeled kitchen. Looks awesome! Had to buy the chimney extension kit to bring it to the top of my ceiling. Fan gets loud the higher you set it, but low setting works good enough, and not that loud on low. Like the two settings for the brightness of the lights. Only thing I feel is missing is a clock, but it has a built in timer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The hood is good looking and strong. The fan is very strong and we mostly use it on a one or two setting. It is loud and setting it higher it gets very strong, though very loud. For everyday cooking one of us is fine with the function of the fan on a high setting and one of us doesn't like the noise on a setting of over two. It is vented through the roof and I can small the exhaust outside which tells me that it works well. It's good looking and the two light settings are very useful and functional. We're happy with it.
