Double oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the 800 series. Wonderful quality. I had a double oven in my last home, so it is easy to compare. The touch controls are very sensitive when I am cleaning the outside, but after 1 month, I have adjusted. Easy to set up temp, time, delay and probe. When the probe reaches the temperature you pre set, the oven shuts off and beeps. I love the sturdy moving rack, so I do not have to reach into the hot oven. Quality is wonderful. When self cleaning in my prior oven, I needed to remove the rack holders inside the oven, wheich I then broke a light. In my Bosch oven, I only remove the actual racks. I am very happy and expect many years of worry free use.

The best of the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read the instruction Manuel and followed the instructions regarding rack placement and cooking choices. Everything comes out amazing from proofing pizza dough to baking pies to roasting chicken. My food is moist and tender and perfectly cooked. I love these ovens

Looks great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven is easy to use. The only problem I have is reaching into top oven. I can't reach. I have to put pans in and out from side. Oven door is much bigger than my old Bosch. Therefore arm reach is longer. I'm not sure why they did this.

typical Bosch high quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bosch is my go-to appliance company because I always know I'm going to get quality materials, construction, and performance. My double wall oven was no exception. There are lots of bells and whistles, though there is one missing. With two ovens, you need two timers and this appliance has only one. It also has an alarm that, at its loudest, is not loud enough for me to hear it one room away. And finally, can you believe after paying $$$, they no longer include a broiler pan?? Not very classy! But if you want an oven you can depend on, this is it.

Lovin’ my oven
I haven't had my oven very long but so far I am loving this oven. As with at new appliances you have to get use to its functions. I haven't taken the time to read the manual so I haven't tried out the convection feature yet. I do like the fast preheat feature though! Heat seems to be evenly distributed as no hot spots have been noticed. Highly recommend.

Keeping food warm!

Cons:
- control panel heats up during oven cool down
- pre heat is slow unless you turn on rapid pre heat mode. I assume regular use of this is detrimental to the life of the product.

Awesome Ovens

Had to replace a more expensive brand double oven after a year of warranty issues. This Bosch unit lives up to its name. I have other Bosch tools and appliances that have been awesome and trouble-free, I anticipate this model keeps up their reputation for quality and reliability.

Bosch Kitchen
