Was skeptical of ~22cu ft fridge. But amazed by how much space there is! 3 drawers in freezer really help- it’s full , but we have deep freezer in basement for overflow if needed. Ice cubes are just right size. The colder the freezer the faster ice is made -before we had guest we made extra ice and put in basement.. then took out the ice bin and the whole drawer became ice drawer. Love the extra storage inside doors from not having door dispenser. The lighting is awesome. I love the shallower depth-noting gets “lost” like in old fridge. Also didn’t think we needed connectivity via app, but that helps a lot which brings me to next point - I get a lot of messages that door was left open. Usually someone has shut it by the time I check. The fridge door needs to be pushed shut- can’t just give it a quick shove and walk away-we are getting used to it. Overall very pleased with the fridge.

I really like this smart refrigerator. As an engineer, I like to hold precise temperature and I have taken measurements of both the refrigerator and the freezer and it is spot on to within 2°. The icemaker is fantastic 12 pounds of ice with big parties is no problem, the refrigerator is clean and efficient in space. Overall, I would buy this refrigerator and recommend it to a friend anytime

Now, we don't lose things to the back of the refrigerator until they mold. Love the water dispenser being inside instead of an eyesore on the door. We have yet to run out if ive. I expect to love it for many years to come.

Stainless scratches way too easily. I am so sad by the look after just a month. Shocked considering the price. Doors don’t shut easily you really have to push them closed. Also strange design that you need to open both doors to get into the drawer. Finally ice machine takes a very long time. Better out there for less

We love how you can customize all the zones and having dual compressors keeps it running with ease and efficiency.. the light track inside keeps everything illuminated with no dark spots or shadows which i really love. Interior design is good and spacious with no awkward components inside taking up realestate. The home connect is awesome and gives you updates on filter or if you have kids like us that don't shut the door all the way when your at work you'll recieve a notification so you can call the kids lol.. We really love ours and would recommend bosch products to others even tho they are a little more money.. Hope this helps others making a good decision..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We wanted Bosch appliances in our new custom home at the lake and loved all the features and styling of the black stainless steel. Once we moved in, we discovered that the refrigerator and oven had Wi-Fi. I downloaded the app and it's been a real lifesaver having alerts to let us know if the door was ajar, for example.

The handles on my Bosch refrigerator are not the handles in all the pictures I have seen. The pictures are a round plain stainless steel. The handles that came with my applicance are shining and textured which I do not like, giving it a cheap apperance.

It's the same size as my old fridge, but the design allows TONS more fridge storage and the freezer drawer is designed so well that I'm able to fit tons of meat, frozen fruit, all the the things! So so please and glad I went with this one. Also love the look!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We tor out our kitchen two days befor C19 shutdown. It was a struggle but the Bosch items came in a little behin schedule, not as bad as we thought. The frig is a nice unit, the one we planned was obsoleted for this unit because they changed from 1compressor to do all to 2 compressors, 1 for cooling and 1 for the freezer. Very similar to the very expensive models from other manufacturers. So far all has been great. On another note Bosch, the range we bought should have the same size bruners in the back as are in the front. Just my 2 cents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the overall performance of this refrigerator. The amount of interior space is optimized without modifying the standard physical space. The drawers and adjustable shelves are sturdy while allowing customization to your needs. The refrigeration is powerful, and with the various settings at the top of the frame, it's easy to increase/decrease temps to your choice. The freezer section is very well designed with the multiple sliding trays and the compact ice maker. It's really nice how you can slide these in and out so larger items can be placed in the bottom but still be easily retrieved without tight adjustments. LOTS of ice can be collected in its tray...very nice for large families! The unit's monitoring system is a wonderful addition to insure the doors are properly closed. Either through the fridge and/or your mobile app, you're alerted when the doors aren't closed fully...this is especially helpful with the unique right upright door with its hinge seal bar. It can take some time to get used to closing this door, but this monitoring system sure helps get you into the habit. We have only a few of minor quirks with this refrigerator and that deals with: – water dispenser that's inside while nice is quite shallow and powerful, so often the initial water blast sprays out of your cup. Practice makes perfect here, but still an issue. – The freshness apparatus for the crisper drawer is not well designed for adhering to the crisper wall as instructed. The adhesive is just not strong enough and within a week, it was constantly falling off the side. We just now lay it to the side within; hopefully, it still does the job. – The other crisper drawer (left) does not fully close flush to the main frame; it's slightly skewed and leave a small gap open to the drawer area. I've reinserted the drawer a couple of times but no change. Again, these are minor issues compared to the overall performance of the fridge. It just feels powerful and dependable. The exterior is a beautiful, subdued brushed silver that doesn't show nearly the handprints our previous silver fridge did. Overall, this is a great refrigerator!

It has a great capacity in the freezer section with multiple levels inluding a large ice maker tray. The fridge has a great capacity too for our weekly groceries. I love the two large crisper drawers for our meat and vegetables and the very large long drawer for our fruit. We absolutely love this fridge. The only issue I have is getting water from the inside spout. I still can't manage it as well as my husband without spraying a bit of water before it pours. It's not a problem with the fridge! We love it!

In the old fridge it was very crowded. Not in this fridge. The layout works great and it has plenty of extra space. Lighting is excellent. Ice cubes are a nice change from the older fridge. We would buy this fridge again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our GE Monogram refrigerator with this amazing Bosch refrigerator. It is sleek, modern, quiet, wifi connected to my phone and surprisingly spacious for a counter depth unit. I love that the water dispenser is INSIDE. Door water and dispensers always accumulate calcium and eventually ruins the appearance of the refrigerator. I also like the interior ice tray as door ice dispensers almost always, at some point, malfunction. The biggest selling point is Bosch's reputation for quality and reliability. The salesperson AND the delivery men also reiterated this point. The carries a lot of weight knowing that they deal with appliances on a daily basis. I highly recommend this beautiful machine!

You give up space with counter depth but the extra height helps. I would have liked the plastic drawers to be more sturdy. They are a bit thin and flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My spouse has a bad habit of leaving the refrigerator door ajar. It doesn't matter if it beeps or speaks, it happens. But, this fridge is different. The push notifications to their cell phone work! Simply scan the QR code from the inside of the refrigerator and setup the app, and you're good to go. Aside from this, the black stainless is beautiful. The surface is also textured, which makes it less reflective while also being dang-near fingerprint-proof.

I am impressed how well my fruits and vegetables are preserved for a much longer time than in my previous refrigerator. I like how I can organize all my food, there is no inch in this machine that was designed to be used to its maximum. It's so quiet and simply elegant. It makes my kitchen complete. A very happy customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with our Bosch 800 Series French Door refrigerator. The interior design is well thought out with plenty of space for everything. This fridge is the same size as our old one which was a different brand; however we have incredibly more space. I love the bottom freezer which has 3 pull out compartments. The ice maker is great and even comes with a scoop for the ice. The filtered water stream is hidden inside the left door of the refrigerator. The add on shelves are very useful. Did I mention how quiet it is??? Also the black matte stainless finish looks great and does not show finger prints. You can pack a ton of groceries in this fridge. I highly recommend it!

I was upgrading from an older fridge so Wi-Fi on kitchen appliances is totally new to me and I love it! My son was having cards at our house one night and I got an alert on my phone that the fridge door was open! Amazing 3. I love the water dispenser on the inside! It keeps the outside looking clean! 4. The reason for my 4 star - the freezer drawers - not my fave - I probably just need to get used to it, but as of now not my favorite.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Bosch is replacing our aging subzero. Here's my pros and hmmm only one con. Very well lite inside fully adjustable shelves. We like the control panel to make adjustments. The rollers made for easy installation. Very quiet running. I'm letting everyone know it's heavy we used movers to get it close to the final location that's my only con. So well built split shelves inside for complete adjustability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been looking for years for a unit to replace my Amana side by side counter depth refrigerator I bought 32 years ago. I researched every brand of counter depth units. Initially, I was surprised to learn that all refrigerators other than sub-zero have a life expectancy of about 8 years....that is very sad statement; sure the units are more energy efficicient but they all end up in landfills which is not good for us or the planet. With that said, I found that the BOSCH 800 series had excellent reviews, the vast majority of buyers appear to like them, and to me it seemed to be could value for the money (even though counter depth is more costly that a "regular" refrigerator. I have own the Bosch unit for 2 months and it really is a beautiful appliance. The vegetable drawers are larger than most, run on tracks on the bottomof the drawer and seem durable. The bins on the inside of the french door are good size and can hold pleant of weight. The bins seem strong and are unlikely to break. The coventional inside ice maker in the lower freezer can produce a substainal amount of ice in a day or two....We actually had to turn it off because amount of ice it produced (simple switch). LED Lighting inside is great. So far, no problems at all. The fridge seem very spacious and items are easy to view/find. The stainless front cleans very easily with a wet cloth, and towel dry...almost sparkles!.. The electronics are pretty intuitive and easy to use, but its good idea to review manual first.

I wanted to buy something that would last! I have been very happy with Bosch products in the past, and am very pleased with this refrigerator! It feels solid, not cheaply made. Everything works great and tons of interior space while somehow not taking up anymore room than the fridge that came with our house- which was not big enough for our family. If you’re looking for something higher end, but not ready to invest in a subzero (our previous refrigerators), then this Bosch model is the way to go! It’s beautiful too!
