Quiet and thorough cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been told that Bosch dishwashers are the best. I agree. Our kitchen is in the middle of our home so a noisy dishwasher makes for a noisy home. The Bosch can not be heard, even when working right next to it. In addition, the dishes always come out sparkling clean.

High end dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best dishwasher we have ever owned. The third shelf is so handy--it's great for small bowls and large utensils. The red light that shines on the floor is such a fantastic idea. With previous dishwashers, we had to open up the door to see if the dishes were clean or dirty. No need to do that now. I also love the configuation of each shelf. Moreover, the dishwasher feels very sturdy and well made. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

As good as people say it is
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our builder grade non-Bosch dishwasher after 8 years with this Bosch model, which is a great improvement in the following areas: load capacity, cleaning power, quietness. The builder grade dishwasher was roughly the same interior dimensions of this Bosch, but only had two racks, which were not adjustable. The third rack of this Bosch and the adjustable second rack really make this model worth the price. We can fit so much more into each wash and if we need to wash a tall pot, it is no problem. The dishwasher also does an outstanding job of performing its primary function of cleaning. We didn't really care about how noisy our old dishwasher was, but when we started to run this Bosch, we were surprised at how quiet the Bosch is and we then understood that our old dishwasher was actually quite loud. We have at least two friends who complain about a smell coming from their Bosch dishwashers after the dishes are done. We have not had that problem at all. It may be a plumbing issue with our friends' units. I would buy another Bosch dishwasher in the future.

The ABSOLUTE BEST dishwasher

Finally a dishwasher!

A bit disappointed
Overall, it's a nice dishwasher. It's really quiet, the rack system is great and holds a lot of dishes, it seems like it holds twice the amount of dishes as my old machine due to it's efficient design and 3rd rack, so we are down to only 1 wash or so a week. It's very water and energy efficient as well. However, it doesn't clean any better than our old machine. Everything I've read and heard is that the dishes come out spotless but we always end up having to rewash and dishes that are rinsed clean in advance. The machine deus very well.

Hi DST80, Please accept our apologies for any problems you are experiencing with your dishwasher. The following tips may help you achieve better cleaning results.
1. Make sure the dishwasher filter (located at the bottom) is cleaned regularly. To learn how to remove it, refer to your owner's manual. To remove debris, wash it with soap and a soft brush under running water.
2. Make sure there is enough space between items when loading. Ensure that the spray arms can move freely after loading the dishwasher.
3. Add rinse aid. Review your owner's manual to learn how and where to add rinse aid. Rinse aid helps water droplets slide off dishware so water marks can't be seen.
4. Clean your dishwasher's spray arms. Make sure there are no blockages in the holes by running it under water. To remove debris from the holes, use a toothpick.
5. Run a dishwasher cleaner through the dishwasher (Finish dishwasher cleaner, or Glisten Dishwasher Magic can be used).
6. Make sure you are using the appropriate amount of detergent per the instructions.

Rock Solid Quality

Woot-Woot!

Huge and quiet Dishwasher

It's got so much more capacity with the 3rd rack so it's perfect for large family. so quiet and everything is sparkly clean. Make sure to specify the top third rack for all silverware vs the standard config because you'll have so much more capacity. Can have full dinner party for 10 ppl and fit everything in one load. web site and check out doesn't offer it as option but it is available and much more useful.

Quiet Cleaning

We replaced the dishwasher at a previous residence and were so extremely pleased with the quietness of the unit, and the cleanliness of the dishes from the Bosch dishwasher, we were determined to stick with the best. The new one that was just installed at our current house is still extremely quiet and cleans the dishes just as well, but it also gets the plastics amazingly dry. We're sticking with Bosch products for all of our appliances that need replacing from here on out. We firmly and whole-heartedly recommend our Bosch dishwasher.

Best on the market!

Love the machine, hate the buttons
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying our upgraded Bosch dishwasher. Having the third rack on the top has been a game changer. My only real complaint is the hidden buttons on top. Most of the time when you're doing your dishes your hands are damp or wet and this makes hitting the buttons nearly impossible, because it doesn't register the touch of your finger on the button. I also have a really hard time starting my washing machine because the beep is so quiet and the start button in particular seems to be incredibly hard to sense my finger touch. On average, I have to hit the button about five times before it will finally start. I have tried hitting it very gently and slow, pressing hard, and all in between. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and I just have to keep pressing until it finally starts.

Replacing dishwasher installed by builder

Whisper-quiet while it operates and performs brilliantly with the Crystal Dry function leaving no spots or residue. If you have an old dishwasher from the 90s or worse yet, one from the 00s that performs like something from the 80s or 90s, the price you pay for this upgrade will be so worth it.

Amazingly Quiet

Nice dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a nice dishwasher, not noticeably quieter that the replaced GE. The rack system is better with more options for fitting odd sized dishes in. Nice solid close on the door and the LED indicator is nice so you know it's going to run. No a guarantee with the GE that took a minute tto actually start. The LED on the floor is a large diffuse area and looks horrible like a lens is missing or something. It would be nice if it turned green when the load was done.

Awesome Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last dishwasher was 15 years old & we went for all the bells and whistles and this unit does not disappoint. Quiet beyond quiet. The only noise you'll hear is when the water shoots into the drain. Lots of utility in the shelf design and we use the 3rd row top rack all the time for spatulas, cooking tools etc... You really can't go wrong with this unit. It's worth every penny and then some.

Amazing upgrade
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our prior dishwasher from another brand always had problems and finally died. We had read numerous positive reviews of this model, and have not been disappointed.
Most importantly - it cleans our dishes. Something so simple, but our prior model failed at that basic task, so this has been a great improvement. Operation is very easy, and the unit operates at an acceptable noise level (the red floor light is very useful to doublecheck that it is in fact running). The internal configuration is customizable enough to accommodate multiple items including large bowls, cutting boards etc.

Whisper quiet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher in our new house is located in the island separating the kitchen from the family room. Because it is so exposed, we wanted as quiet a unit as we could find. This is it! The only time you can hear anything is when it is draining and we found that if we close the sink drains, you can't hear that either!
Bonus: It cleans anything we put in it. We use Cascade Platinum and have had excellent results with our soft water.
Drying is satisfactory most of the time. Paying attention to how certain items are loaded makes a big difference.
We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend this dishwasher.

We bought two!!

Excellent dishwasher

Awesome Dishwasher
We replaced our builder grade dishwasher that was GE product. So far I've noticed the huge difference in noise level. This thing is super quite. We also can fit way more dishes compared to the old dishwasher. We also don't have to preclean the dishes before going into the washer which is nice. I definitely think it's worth the money spent!
