Worthless without the filters, which they no longe
Zero stars. They nake me give at least 1 in otder to post the review. They have discontinued the filters, but are still selling the product. So what am I going to do with this thing now with no filter?

Thank you for your feedback on the BCSD124SS. The filters for this unit are not discontinued. The Aluminum Grease filter is part number S99010430-001. If you are needing the Non-Duct Filter, it is part number S97020465. Please call our Customer Service Team directly at 800-558-1711 if we can be of any additional assistance.

I absolutely love the fan and the lights but the box says one person install and there is no way one person can install this or at least mine took two people to install. Did not come with lights and had to get them before that portion worked.

The range hood is a good product. The only issue is with the lights. They are very difficult to install. They give you a suction cup that is supposed to stick on bulbs so you can insert and twist bulb in the socket. The suction cup kept coming off bulb. Bad design on this. No way to get bulb in without it. I think it took longer to put in bulbs than to install range hood.

Easy to install. Contractor told me.
Very good lighting.
Does a good job exhausting cooking smoke.
Had it about a month.
The hood met my expectations.
No service was utilized.

couldn't cancel
I cancelled this order with a “pro” through the help feature. Was showed in stock when ordered and then informed days later it was out of stock and would ship when available. So I msged to cancel was told it was cancelled and would not be charged. I drove the 40 miles to home depot to purchase one that was in stock only to have the cancelled one ship amd charged for. Now i have to make th 80 round trip to return a cancelled order. Useless

Did not come with it’s own bulbs????…..you would think for the price it would be complete.

So far it’s working great. I have a busy kitchen and it has kept up with the demand. Looks great especially for the price. I don’t find it noisy at all plus it was a super easy to install. Unit has been working like a charm I would recommend this product especially if you’re on a budget. This is a great bang for your buck!

Looks and works great. Note you’ll need an electrician to install the wiring. My old one just unplugged.

Nice hood, did come with a dent in the top which I was able to remove 90% of the dent. Installed fairly easily did take two people to install. Good lighting, light bulbs for it are pricey but if they last a long time would be worth it.
