Led lights are very bright a big plus and blower works as stated. Everything in the box customer service not needed.

These capacitive buttons WILL stop working in short order and there is no way to fix it without paying $200-300 dollars for a new control board (which will presumably have the same issue in the future). I tried contacting Broan CS multiple times via phone/email/website and they have not replied to any method. The only workaround I have found is to use the ADA wiring to install my own buttons, but that plug didn't come with the unit - would be great if they'd send me one so I can use this hood.

Really nice looking, love the build in LED lighting and the controls are very clean looking. I purchased with the ductless charcoal replacement filters and the 3 ft power plug.

This is the third Broan NuTone Range Hood that I purchased as the first one had a malfunctioning light that was discovered once installed and the second had a major dent in the top front of hood. Hopefully third time will be a charm.

Excellent product. I would give 5 stars however it was hard to remove duct opening.

A great improvement over what we replaced. Nice bright light and we like the 3-speed fan. Looks good, too - perfect fit for us.

This is my 2nd Broan vent hood. My 1st was top of the line. This one is a step down. It was less expensive but it has less features. The lights in the 1st one were better. That being said, for the price, this is a good value.

Bought and installed new BCDF130SS, lasted less than 2 years, touch switches quit working and could not find parts.. Never again would I buy one of these

Light and fan switch difficult to operate

It’s beautiful and finishes off the kitchen nicely.

Unit was dead on arrival. Failed to turn on after professional installation and multiple rechecks of connections. Had to be removed and returned.

The buttons on this hood are unreliable. Sometimes when you press them, it works, other times it doesn't. They look like touch vs mechanical buttons but you have to press it firmly like a mechanical button. There's a delay for the light to turn off, so when you'e pressed the button to turn off the light, you don't know if you've actually turned off the light. It's insane that the engineers who built this weren't like, uh, this this is a pain in the butt to use, maybe we should fix the buttons?

Never received this product

Overall happy with the product. Looks great and functions as described. However we are disappointed that product arrived with prints and smudges all over and difficult to polish out. The filters were bent and after removing the blue tape, had a lot of sticky residue. Believe product was not properly packaged (no protective plastic over the stainless steel) or a possible return? Definitely expected better packaging! We installed it anyway as it was a hassle to return.

Pros: Looks nice; simple, clean lines (that's the biggest reason I purchased it) Once you understand how the touch controls work, simple to use Quiet on Low speed Single person installation system works nice, especially for the 42" model Very responsive customer service. Sent new fan and motor when I contacted them. Good airflow: does the job Cons: Touch controls take some getting used to. Loud at high speed Screens very flimsy. Looking to buy a spare set because they may not last very many washings. Bad vibration after installing. Fan looks bent. But excellent customer service. Over priced for the quality, fit, and finish. At $175 to $200 I would have given it 3.5 - 4 Stars.
