Very pretty, great condition on arrival. Started to grow new leaves after just a few days out of the box.

It was packed very nicely but within the first few weeks ALL the leaves fell off. The plant seemed very dry but we did not want o over water it. Bought fertilizer and a put it under light and now it seems to be doing better and growing some new leaves. Very close to returning it but it looks like it is turning around.

The bonsai tree came in great shape and has survived for many months and is still going strong. It is my first bonsai tree and it is working perfectly.

I loved this tree! It came packaged well and is a statement piece in my sunroom.

Tree was healthy but was smaller than expected. The thick trunk was only half of what was shown in the picture. Not fully satisfied.

Would have liked a somewhat less contorted trunk but the tree is very nice and is doing well.

My Chinese Elm is beautiful! A week and a half after getting it it has started growing out! A great sign for a sturdy Bonsai!

Had it shipped. The Elm arrived in good condition and was beautiful ( 5 Stars). However, it is now dying and may be dead already...not sure what cause may be.

Unfortunately I had to return because this is strictly for outdoor and it would die inside. Don’t buy if think it would survive inside. Beautiful though and came in perfect conditions, just not for me

Plant was in good shape but the pot was broke. Called and waited forever.. Hung up and gave up

Said it would molt while getting used to its new surroundings but all the leaves dried up and fell off so it didn't adapt.
