My little tree arrived on time, looked great, was package very well, and only lost a couple leaves over the next week or so. It's doing well, it is a perfect little tree. I would definitely recommend the Bonsai Dwarf Hawaiian Umbrella tree. It's adorable and so fun to say.

The tree I received looks nothing like the image shown. The pot is totally different and the tree is not as developed. However I do think the tree and pot I received are good quality.

Adorable little tree and doing great so far. It only lost about 10% of leaves when it arrived. Easy to care for. Would recommend!

My tree had a different pot than the one in the picture. The tree itself came just like it is in the picture. It is healthy and came with easy to use instructions.

Pretty solid plant, it came in great condition with no visible damage. The container it came with was also nice. The only thing I didn't expect was it was a young plant about 5 inches high, not the full grown bonsai it shows in the picture.

Great tree I enjoy how easy it is to take care of an it has grown since I received it, just what I was hoping for .I would recommend it to friends.

Both of the trees I ordered and received were dried and they looked like they were cooked. All leaves were crispy and fell off. I am waiting to see if they will revive as they needed to be settled in my environment as suggested from the booklet. If no new leaves come out, then I will have to return them. They were packed well.

Half of the leaves were frozen, but the tree recovered in a week or so, growing new, bright green leaves and new sprouts on the empty branches. I ordered it online in the middle of winter, and it still survived. The tree seems robust and I water it with spring bottled water, not tap.
