I was surprised at the quality. I'm an old guy and was afraid I would not be able to assemble it. Though it was on the heavy side, I was able to assemble it and get it working just fine.

The generator is used to power my RV when in storage. Using propane allows long term storage. Easy to start and maintain.

We got it in December thinking snow and stuff would take out our power didn't get to use it then but, tornado struck claremore less than 2 weeks ago. We were without power for little over eight days. This generator lived up to his name it's a champion. It did exactly what it needed to do or was supposed to do would buy it again in a heartbeat.

I love the fact that you can use 1 of 2 different fuels so you have more backup. It's easy to move around with the wheels.

The generator came well packed. The quick start guide was easy to follow. Generator started easily.

Emergency power for times of storms especially during our hurricane seasons.. option of propane great since gasoline harder to store and during hurricanes, gas stations are closed!

I bought this generator after spending a week in heat and humidity with no power. It sat in my garage for 2 years before 1st use. It fired right up on the first try. I love that it can run on gas and propane since gas stations usually run out of gas during hurricanes or when there is no power I can always rely on propane. It is not as loud as I thought it would be and ran like a charm! Love it.

Using this for Off Grid living and also as a backup to our main home. Easy and light enough to transport back and forth. Next time I will buy the one with remote start. LOL

The duel fuel option is a good selling point and it is easy to operate. The weight allows the generator to be moved, probably with help.

I've had it for a few months now and have no issues with it. The fact that you can use gas or propane is great. Does what it was made to do.

Have the same model but it’s at least 5 years old, possibly more. We bought it for my parents but they downsized and I inherited it. It’s sat more than it’s been used because it was bought as an emergency backup that thankfully hasn’t been needed. It was in a garage and now it’s been stored outside but under cover. +Dual fuel is nice. +3.5 gallon fuel tank - Battery replacement is not to be found anywhere. I found one that works, but it doesn’t fit the brackets well. - Be sure you use ethanol free fuel or use a fuel stabilizer if you’re going to run it on gasoline and not use it often . The carb WILL gum up from ethanol fuel. It’s fairly simple to replace the carb, but that could be eliminated by using ethanol free fuel or just LPG. - It’s loud. Obnoxiously so. This isn’t a Honda (but you didn’t pay Honda price either) -It’s heavy, so you need the wheels. Which cracked and rotted on mine. - The fuel tank design will not allow it to use all the fuel in the tank. This thing is average at best. It might be a better machine with constant use. I wouldn’t want to rely on it for power if I was in an area without power or prone to outages. Probably fine for an RV, but it’s not quiet, so plan to be annoyed by it or annoy your neighbors.

I got this for camping, only have used LP gas in it. Starts up every time, electric start is really cool. I would not think twice about getting this brand. Solid EQ.

I like that you can use propane or gas. I bought this to use with my RV and it will run everything I need, A/C, microwave, coffee maker, toaster!!

Purchased this generator from Bass Pro picked it up in store had points on there card so got this for half off and it was on sell, instructions were clear on how to assemble it, installed the supplied oil, I hooked up an LP bbq grill tank to it and it fired right up and ran great, put it under load up to nearly it's maximum and it works great. This is going to be great for long term storage because of it being able to use LP gas which won't dry up or turn to water as gas with ethanol is hydroscopic which means it attracts water which ends up in the bottom of the tank and carburetor and doesn't start when the power goes out 6 months from now. Going to run it through the five hour break in so I can change the oil and be ready when the storms knock out the power which happens all the time in Florida during the summer. This generator is 120 volt only so it will only run 120 volt appliances like a refrigerator or freezer, and some other small loads like some lights. So far so good very happy with this generator.

Had a short outage which led to the purchase and just got through 21 hours of no power. This baby took care of sump pump, fridge and chest freezer. Started great and ran great.

I am impressed with this generator, it works great for my RV. We took it camping after buying it and it's actually not as loud as I thought. Ran great without any issues. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good generator.

I purchased this to replace my 20 year old generator that was getting too old to be reliable. The instructions were simple and easy to follow. I am not a fan of the oil port location, but the generator comes with a special oil funnel, and I don't think I will need to use it very often, so it's fine. I love the dual fuel capability. I was able to test it with propane, so I didn't have to add gas that would probably have sat for a long time before I would have used it. The generator runs well and can handle the load I want it for (sump pump, refrigerators, chest freezer, lights, etc...). It's not quiet, but it's a lot quieter than my old generator, so I am pleased with that part too. Electric start is awesome. I like the fact that the handle drops down when you aren't using it, so it takes up less space in the garage.

Great product for Champion. Very dependable, starts every time and I love the flexibility between gasoline and or propane gas. We live in a new sub, but the main line is connected to an overhead transformer, so needless to say we lose power to often and too easy.

Great generator for a reasonable price. Very quiet when running and simple to operate. Very pleased with the generator and would recommend to anyone wanting a generator.

I got this generator for my house. I wanted it because of the duel fuel. I love the way it starts right up while using the propane fuel. I have not had any problems with it!

We had a recent power outage and used the generator for the first time. It was very easy to use, and saved all of our food. Plus we were able to plug in other electrical items. The dual fuel option is very nice! I mainly have used the Propane and it starts right away.

Machine runs great right out of box. However shipping company was rough on it. Battery came out of holder and broke some of the plastic cover pieces.

Parts were broken. The battery is useless. Getting support or parts is a joke. Maybe a China product would have been a better choice

Power outage for 3 days in winter. This generator kept us warm for the 3 freezing temperature days. Connected 2 1500W portable heaters and lights, propane tank lasted 6 hrs.

We bought this brand generator due to their reputation for quality and reliability. We don't have many long-term power outages but want to be ready just in case. We chose this model due to the electric start feature due to our age and need an easy start.

Keeps us warm on occasional power outages in TX during winter months. It powers 2 area heater for 6 hrs with the dual fuel source. It is relatively quiet and easy to start.

The dial fuel feature is nice in a pinch, even if it's a bit less efficient. Could have better Wheels, but it isn't badly built it's very user friendly, not ideal for a job site in my opinion.

I use this generator as back up at home. It works real well. I really like the electric start and dual fuel easy to use. The only thing I would say is that the oil drain plug should have a tube on it so that the oil doesn't run onto the frame when drained, otherwise be fine product

We are going to use it for camping/boon-docking. It will fit in with this function very well.
