So many great features! Love the bright interior lighting. Totally appreciate the middle drawer. Keeps me organized! The freezer drawer is outstanding with multiple drawers to also organize food items. An added bonus; the ice/water dispensers lights up like a sweet little night light when I am cruising for a smock!

Love the design, style and functionality of this Cafe' Refrigerator/Freezer. It is large inside and was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. The lighted back wall make this appliance unique and so stylish! My heart was set on Cafe' from the time I started researching and shopping. So glad I found the Cafe' line.

Love this refrigerator. The back lighting is fabulous. The “cheese” drawer is perfect, we keep cheeses and lunch meat in it. Spacious freezer. Fruit and veggie drawers are ample and the large door shelves very useful. I also love the ice in the door and the ease of changing the filter! Also love the WiFi feature

So far so good! I can’t speak to the longevity, but so far so good. It is actually a very beautiful appliance. And we’re very satisfied so far. Seems to be quite good quality parts. However, the ones that matter like the pump, I can’t speak to yet. One thing I will mention is it seems to take a day or two to get everything down to temperature in the refrigerator. I will also mention that the auto fill is an awesome feature, but it doesn’t fill it enough. Each glass I put under there leaves at least an inch at the top.

Took delivery of this fridge from a different vendor. But the issues I got speaks volumes about the manufacturer. The Cafe premium is not worth it. Fridge arrived with solder melted into the plastic of the fridge. Insulating foam was exuding from the underside of the door. Until the quality improves, recommend an alternative manufacturer. This name is worth nothing if you have to deal with the hassle of returning it defective .

Even though it took us nearly eight months to get our appliances we love the quality, design fit and finish and time will tell with durability! We love them!

The lighting on the inside is amazing you can see everything.amazing features like the middle drawer can be used as a freezer or what we use it for a drink cooler makes life much easier.

Our CAFE stove has made cooking enjoyable again! we replaced an older stove that had igniter issues and this one is a dream! The 6 full burners and interchangeable griddle/grate is perfect for making tortillas and other flat breads! & it’s beautiful on top of functional

My wife and I love our new Cafe refrigerator. It has room and organizational options for what ever we need. Talk about quiet, we don't even know it's there until we look at it and see how beautiful it is. We chose matt Black with Brass handles. Love, love, love it!

Beautiful inside and out. I love the matte finish. It is so easy to keep clean and looks very high-end. When you open the doors and the whole back of the fridge is backlit it’s just amazing.

The refrigerator is beautiful, quiet, but very large. We enlarged the width of our space 5 inches to accommodate the door opening fully but couldn’t do much to change the depth in our midsized galley kitchen. I am needing to figure out how to organize the food storage. The space for getting the gallon milk jugs in and out is a little snug height wise.

We opted to purchase the GE Cafe French door refrig/freezer because our side-by-side was just not large enough. Thus far, we're very please with the space, the organization of the compartments, and the functionality. We were concerned about the size in our galley kitchen, but it's not overpowering at all. Looks great.

We have not owned the fridge for an extended amount of time but I absolutely love it so far. It is so sleek and modern. I love the dark interior and the backlit panel. It is a show stopper!! We have had no issues with the fridge so far and have been very happy!

We own an appliance repair company and know which appliances give the most problems. GE has always been a reliable product and we did not hesitate to purchase this beautiful Cafe refrigerator when parts became no longer available on our old refrigerator.

Love the look but missing a lot of features my 18 year old Maytag had. No wine storage to hold wine horizontally under a shelf. No egg container, no dividers for door bins, a shelf that you could raise up or down with a turn of a handle or tilting door bin. No humidity control on vegetable drawer. For cost of appliance it should have a second ice maker in freezer one on door is small with tiny cubes that melt fast.No light in middle multi use drawer. So far the pluses are looks on the outside love the looks on the inside with the back lighting. I hope it gives us 18 plus years of perfect service like our old Wide by Side Maytag. :)

Had this fridge for two years I think. It’s been great. Very happy with the depth of it. The matte white with gold handles looks great in our kitchen with the gold cabinet hardware and gold on the lights.

1 star so far the doors don’t align, 1/4” off. The right is crooked causing the alignment issue and the right door doesn’t close like it should. Obviously a mfg issue and QA issue. The web to register doesn’t work. I enter the information then I go to register and it will not let me enter my phone number. It says it already exist. Oh also I can’t enter a photo to show you the problem, coding error.

We have had our GE Cafe for less then a week. So far we are very happy with all the features. The doors and shelving is very flexible and has plenty of space for household food in both the refrigerator and freezer space. We love the center flexible temperature draw which keeps our meat and drinks colder then the main refrigerator space which can also be used as extra freezer space. The controls are terrific and easy to operate. We also love the water Dispenser that has an autofill button. My other 15K refrigerator does not have this feature available. It also lets you know how much water is being dispensed in ounces. The WiFi enabled App is also nice to have, which will alert you with open doors left opened. It also has remote temperature control's and a dimmer for the back lighting panel, its super... Only draw backs and lack of 5 Stars is the plastic seems weak in some parts, especially with the shelf that roles back to allow larger bottles, its very delicate! The wife says the bottom freezer draw is a bit wobbly and should shelf close sooner then having to push it mostly closed, you have to push the draws almost closed for it to self close... Also the glass is very nice but you have to make sure nothing metal bumps into the front glass. We do love having the glass front which highlights the stainless that is behind the glass. I just opened and installed it a couple days ago and I would have been really happy with it but it came without the whole Middle drawer, (the flex drawer) was completely left out of the fridge.

Either I'm extremely unlucky or these fridges are extremely poor quality. The first fridge we received had an ice maker that never worked. The repair man found styrofoam in the ice maker water line and marked it as unrepairable. GE replaced the fridge with a new one. The new one we received worked for 2 weeks before the ice maker and freezer went out and then the fridge went out as well. Not only would I not recommend this, I would tell people to avoid it! Poor build quality from a luxury brand.

A solid quality driven appliance, Cafe by GE. This is my 5th appliance by GE and the Cafe refrigerator is spacious, well developed, smart yet practical while adding a look of quality to my kitchen.

I have a kitchen full of Cafe appliances and Im not very impressed with the quality of these appliances, especially for the price. The refrigerator is very nice to look at and the light wall is cool. But what's the value of nice features if there are malfunctions and build quality issues? I've already had this refrigerator repaired once and Im seriously doubting the longevity of the appliance. My first issue is with the ice maker flapper door. The ice maker flapper opens and shuts every time you use the freezer drawer. Tech support told me they all do that... Yeah right, It's a malfunction. The only reason the ice maker door should open is when you put a cup under it and push the pressure switch. It should have nothing to do with a drawer opening. Also the drain for the defrost behind the light wall was blocked with foam insulation causing water to pool inside the refrigerator. We had to clean the water up with a sponge and a bucket every few days. Luckily the repair guy was able to clear the drain.
