The reason I am giving this two stars is not because of the product itself, but because of the handling time before shipping. They claim they have to hand make the product before shipping, so it took them a full month after I ordered to even ship this. Then my three boxes arrived and every single piece had a big crack in the middle and was completely unusable. I was able to cut off the ends and use those for my stairs, but it's a good thing my stairs are narrower than most or I wouldn't have been able to use the product at all. Very disappointed since I was waiting on these to finish my stairs and list my house.
