I had to replace the blind I purchased about over a year ago. The ones I ordered before were great, but my dog bit parts of the bottom blinds so needed to replace it. I reordered the same item with exact measurement as before but this one came a bit too short at the bottom, and the top part has a gap so lights still come in even when I close the blinds. The blinds don't completely close either, and a lot of lights come in. I was thinking to order the blinds elsewhere, as the price has gone up almost DOUBLED from when I ordered them last time. Another website offered the same length and type of blind for cheaper price. Since I wanted the exact same one, I reordered. I'm regretful of my decision, and am very disappointed with the blinds!

love the blinds but one set did not have hardware included and neither set came with the bottom slat plug to stop the cords from falling out after they were cut. I tried tracking down and were told they are unavailable. Really??

These 3 ft. wide blinds were cut about a half inch too wide about halfway down the blind, and they stick on the frame which makes them difficult to open and close. So, I'm having to sand down the wood frame on the window in order to accommodate these blinds. NOT HAPPY!!!! At $92.00, this is completely unacceptable!!

I have purchase many blinds online but I will never purchase one from Home Depot again. First off it IS defective. I bought online because I don't have a Home Depot near me. When I ask to return this poorly cut blind I am told I have to DRIVE to a Home Depot store to return it. One rope is cut shorter than the others leaving the blind to hang sideways. I can't cut the other to match because then it would be too short for the window. Also this blind does not raise/lower smoothly like all of the ones I have purchased other places. The side pieces to the head rail can't be used unless you cut them off and I don't happen to have a miter saw to do it. A lot of money for a piece of junk I will have to replace. Very, very disappointed!!
