The closet system was delivered in two separate boxes. Both of the large vertical panels were cracked when I took them out of the box. Would not recommend.

Went together great! Combined this with another shelf and worked out perfect.

Easy install. Looks good. Works great.

Once I figured out how to troubleshoot stud placement for installation, this went up fairly quickly and easily. If the directions were a bit more detailed, I would have given this a 5 star rating.

I will be honest with you I do not know how to set up most woodworking kind of things.. My boyfriend and I put this together in about six hours after at least one hour of those six being just reading instructions and trying to find YouTube videos to help us out! (There are some) We had to completely customize my closet because unbeknownst to me my closet was a little too small for this design but we made it work and honestly I still love it! Highly recommend! For the price turned out perfect!

This is an awesome closet system if you have the right tools. It came out beautifully and doubled oir storage space. My husband alreasy had a multi tool for customizing the shelf length and another saw for cutting the metal bars. What helped us is that we looked up this sytem on youtune abd there was a helpful tutorial to help is visualoze how it would be done. I felt the instructions provided were missing important steps and details.

The construction of this unit is great. Mounting the unit on a v shape metal strip allows space underneath for either extra storage of shoes or changing the flooring in the closet whenever you might choose to update without taking out the organizer. The side panels allow the hang rods to be mounted and adjusted if necessary with great strength. Another brand I helped install had the rods mounted into drywall which would not be good for long term durability. The only negative on this install was the instruction to drill small holes in the stainless steel rod holders and mount the rod to the hanger with a screw. If the rod is cut to the right length this is unnecessary and time consuming. Skip it. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

Went together easy and looks good

I purchased this unit when I had a whole shelf come off my wall in my closet. This unit has flexibility when it comes to dimensions. My closet is amazing now. Highly recommend!

This kit was very easy and straight forward to hang. I went for a custom cube shelf look in the middle in order to preserve rail space. It was missing one of the two rail pieces, but the manufacturer sent one out free of charge.

Our closet is small but we made it work. I LOVE IT!

I’m a 36 year old male. Average in regard to handiness. I installed the closet organizer by myself in approx 6 hrs of work. Easy to install. Minimal tools needed. I didn’t swear once! I watched a 5 min video on youtube of a competing organzier similar in style. I would definitely recommend. I cant add the before photo (closet looked like crap). After photo looks great. Great Mothers Day gift for the wife ;)

Looks great and was easy to assemble. However I bought this along with 2 other closet systems they offer and none of the boxes were labeled which made this difficult to sift through and figure out what is what. smh. Oh! Just so u know the company does not answer the phone or return calls. I’ve had my closets since Black Friday and left voicemails for the last 3 months no call has been returned.

A much needed upgrade to our closet. It is very functional and attractive. You definitely need some skill with a saw and measuring tape to fit closets other than the full size. Getting the missing panel shipped out to me was a bit of a chore but with the closet completed we are very happy with this product.

The only problem that I had The holes for the back support railing was not 16" on center You have to cut and modify

The instructions are a bit difficult to understand but once you get it started it assembles pretty easy. And is good quality construction materials including really sturdy anchors to support the structure base. I was very pleased with the structure and final results. My closet is on the small end of the measurement this would be too large for any smaller of a closet.

We really liked the way these closet organizer kits turned out. One item to watch out for that may affect your decision is that these systems assume you have walls on either side of where you are installing it. As you can see in the picture, I installed two kits back to back on a wall that divided the closet. I had to put a small "L" bracket at the wall on the bottom of the 48" vertical piece and a screw into the top of the piece to make this side of the shelves 'solid'. As you can see, it turned out great.

Almost finished building our closet but love how it turned out so far.

For the price I paid this closet system is a DREAM!

Shipping was a nightmare, due to COVID-19, once received they met my expectations. The units with drawers are a little more difficult to install, as drawer construction is a little not good. If you carefully glue them together, and shoot a couple of brads, they structurally are fine, time will tell. Installation instructions for drawers were also an issue, but you can figure out which holes to use with a little trial and error.

Easy to assemble, though I got confused by ordering two slightly different systems at the same time and had two sets of instructions And parts.

I was so excited when I received this product. I got out the instructions and they were horrible! I asked my husband to help me, he is an engineer, he looked at those instructions and told me that there was no way he understood them! So that whole closet system went back to Home Depot and I purchased a Closet Maid system and I installed it by myself.

Love these units. Very flexible for installation on various sizes of closets. Easy to install and seem to be holding up quite nicely! Picture below shows several units with extra shelves.

The closet wasn't too hard to install with the help of my brother in law (he purchased these a while ago for their place). Shipping/Packaging could be way better. there was minor damage to a fair amount of the pieces but only one could not be hidden. the visible damage is small enough, on top of the need to use the closet, to forego any returns. I am happy with the utilization of the closet as our place lacks closet space

We previously had wire racks so this looks 10x better! I bought these on sale so this was a good price but the material is not the best. Looks good installed though

Love that this was very easy to understand the directions. I will definitely be purchasing another one for our master bedroom.
