Worked out great. No heavy wood shelf to contend with.

Exactly what I was looking for

easy to put together and seems very strong

We have older ClosetMaid shelves. Original with 30 year old house. Had a rack collapse and wanted to add a couple more braces. The newer braces to not fit into the top horizontal bar of the shelves like the older ones. Almost looks like the newer ones will slip out when shelves are loaded. Do not cradle like the older brackets.

I needed to add some extra brackets to my old closet made shelving. Worked perfect. Just needed some extra bracing added to the existing shelving. For safety concerns.
