The unit works well, where this failed was the box it came in was smashed! All screws were gone and no instructions. I had to buy my own screws and figure out how to assemble it. For most without instructions this item would be too complicated to figure out. The packaging needs to be improved and Home Depot needs to confirm that all parts including screws and instructions are available.

Easy to install. Nice and sturdy pull outs!

This 2-tier. Sliding cabinet organizer fits perfectly under my bathroom sink and makes much better use of that space.

Love it

Love these. Doubled my under cupboard space and makes it easy to get to my pans and lids. Better than a wooden one-drawer system that costs 5 times more per cupboard.

I really like this piece-- it fits very well underneath my sink. The only issue I have is the screws-- they shouldn't included more so that I could ensure it was steady all around-- either way I worked it out myself. Still a great buy! So much so that I actually purchased a second one!

Not hard to assemble. Not the sturdiest cabinet organizer but is fine for the plastic items that I wanted to organize.

I needed a cabinet organizer for under my sink but the downspout pipe was in the way to be able to install it. I felt that the product was sturdy and well made. I ordered this item online and picked it up in the store. Samantha helped me at the customer service desk and she was very efficient and I pleasant. Actually she has been the best at retrieving my items than any other Home Depot I have been to.

This makes access to a deep cabinet very easy. The cabinet is low and deep and almost impossible to reach anything in back. The organizer makes all accessible with the sliding drawers. I have one with sheets and pillow cases and the other has extra washcloths and toiletries.
