It has handled wet towels, hats, clothing, and various other heavy items without moving. The greatest benefit is being able to move the hook without damaging the fragile walls/coverings used in RV's. Great product

IF YOU'VE NEVER TRIED GROWING VEGETABLES SEEDLINGS IN STORAGE BAGS IN THE WINDOW... NOW IS THE TIME. I'M SURE YOU WILL BE PLEASED HOW THEY GROW AND THEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS REMOVE THEM FROM THE BAGS AND PUT THEM OUTSIDE WHEN THEY'RE READY TO BE PLANTED IN THE GROUND OR POTS.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me a free sample of this product to evaluate, but I've purchased similar Command hooks before and use them all around the house. I like the fact that they can be used immediately when stuck to a clean surface, and they removed cleanly as well, leaving no marks on your walls or hanging surface. I used this one in the garage to hang a mop and it works beautifully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received one(1) Command Brand Large Designer Hook from 3M Command Brand to evaluate and submit a review. I installed my hook to hang a wire basket on a wall in my garage. This basket holds my smaller hand tool for gardening, i.e., trowels, clippers, prongs, hose nozzles, etc. The installation instructions are super easy. I followed the installations instructions as directed on the back of the package it came in. My hook installed perfectly! After waiting an hour I placed my wire basket on the hook and put my gardening tools in one by one. I must say I am super pleased with the 3M hook not only because it held the basket and all the tools I put in it but because I was able to choose exactly where I wanted my basket to hang without having to find a stud, use nails or screws or damage the drywall! My husband is a builder contractor and not easily convinced that something beside a bracket that is installed using wood screws or toggle bolts can be used to install anything in a wall! Well, the 3M hook changed his mind that day! He even tested it himself by placing heavier items (hammers, screwdrivers, etc) in the wire basket and then shaking it. The hook didn't budge! To sum up my review I would highly recommend any of the 3M Command Brand Damage-Free Hanging hooks. In fact, I have already purchased some smaller ones for some items I want to hang in my pantry and kitchen. Thank you 3M for the opportunity to try your product. It's a winner for sure!

I have so many craft projects going that this keeps me organized and doesn't make extra holes in my walls. I have since purchased 12 more!!!! Fantastic product! This is so much cheaper than fixing holes in the walls. My husband is a happy man, no extra work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Command Designer Large Hook about a month ago. It is great! It was easy to put on my wall. It holds my winter coat without any problems. It is a strong hook. I know that I can take it off with ease and it won't leave a mark. I highly recommend this hook!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a free sample from 3M. Easy to mount to any clean surface, holds rated weights sturdily. I used the large hook I received on the back of my bathroom door for a heavy terrycloth robe. Performed so well in the warm, humid conditions that I went and bought some more in other sizes to use in other places where I had been desiring some hanging storage. Since the product came with two adhesive strips, after a week I tried removing the first one - came off cleanly while following the instructions on the package. I will say that I found it easier to remove the mounting plate from the hook, and apply it along with the adhesive strip directly to the area, then mounting the hook after properly pressuring the adhesive.

I cleaned the wall with alcohol, and the back of the hanger, as usual. After I hung a lithograph from the hanger everything looked fine. The next day I walked into the room to find the lithograph on the floor with the Command Hook on the floor next to it.

I actually already own several of the smaller versions -- great for hanging things on the inside of cupboard doors where you don't want to damage the wood. But this larger capacity was great for on the back of our bedroom door - holds my heavy old robe with no issues whatsoever. Love it, and will purchase more for use in the basement.

So far everything is fine. I an wondering if the hood will work on a concrete wall inside a storm shelter.

I can see this hook being useful for small items like keys or kitchen utensils. I always find I could use more places to hang towels in the bathroom - this command hook would be fantastic for that purpose. You can even adhere the hook to the back of cabinet doors for hanging additional small items. The uses are endless. Just make sure not to exceed the weight limit - which is 5lb for the large hook. 3M sent a sample of the product for me to review.

I received this 'stick on' hook a while ago FREE from 3M - free for evaluation in exchange for a truthful review. Since I live in a 31' Fifth Wheel travel trailer, I have limited storage space so use many hooks for hanging jackets, purses, etc. This hook is handy for some clothing items on hangers as well as a sweater or jacket hung over the hook. I am pleased with the performance thus far. No holes to drill, just stick and go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a heavy duty hangar that can handle up to 5 lbs. Very easy to install (make sure you follow directions) and remove if needed. It does come with an extra sticky sheet so that you can move the hook around if needed. No holes on walls finally!!! I've been using this to hang my blowdryer in the bathroom and another in the closet (with shower curtain rings) to organize my scarves.

This larger hook because of it's holding capacity (5 lbs), is great for hanging heavier items. This hook and the various sizes come in handy for a number of uses.

I needed a way to hang my coat at work but the wall I needed to hang it on was made of cinderblock. Maintenance did not want to drill a hole in the block where I needed to hang my coat. I followed the directions on the command hook and have had no problems! It holds great and looks good. I am really impressed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 3M-Command Designer Large Hook was offered to me free in exchange for my fair and honest review. I decided to try it in the bathroom to hang up the hand towel. Every one we've tried up till now either broke or didn't stick. So far this is holding up well. The Command strip is holding on the wall and the hook hasn't broken. We are trying to be gentle with it to make it last, but we did with previous ones too and they would have already broken at this point. We are quite pleased with it.

I've purchased Command hooks once before for my mother but I never personally used it myself, so I am aware of the brand and its use but curious about the application process. I was able to utilize the large white hook above my desk to hang random things if needed (paintbrush, scissors, etc. -- I'm a crafter) and I find it useful how the packaging tells us how much weight a hook can hold. The application process is super easy (directions clear as glass) and so far, it's been holding my favorite gold scissors (cute for display and functional for a craft desk) and no falls at this point. I have yet to try anything heavier but I'm satisfied for how I used this product and how easy it is to use. I'm so happy I don't have to use any powertools to apply it on the wall and if I change my mind about this hook, I just have to pull the tab down! I best recommend this product for those who are not powertool savvy or cannot puncture their walls (i.e. dorm rooms). Thank you for letting me test this product!

I tested it first with my heavy winter bathrobe, then got braver and put my cloth purse on it and it stayed in place. I'm not going to tempt fate by putting my everyday purse on it though because I'm sure it weights too much. A great hook for any place you need some extra places to hang things.

I Love the 3M-Command large hook .I decided to use it in our small bathroom where space is limited.I read directions so i followed them exactly.First i had to prepare the area where I am placing the hook.had to wash the area with lots of hot soapy water then rinsed and i patted it dry and then I let it air dry some more while I opened the 3M-Command Designer Large Hook.The adhesive strip is clearly labeled on both sides.One side goes on plastic piece which I did; confess kept pressing a few seconds longer cause lost track of timeNext i removed the wall side only sticker from which is attached to plastic piece pressing as hard as I could;attached the hook which slides on plastic piece then decided to wait to morning Since i wanted to make sure it would hold the weight of a large wet bath towel.Its morning the 3M-Command Designer Large Hook is now holding my wet towel.So far so go.Since I wanted to make sure it would hold the weight,I waited a few days before writing this review.I am completely impressed with this product .Another winner from the 3M company!!the only part i could not include in the review of this product is removal.I could do it but i do not think that would be fair,since most hooks hang on your wall for at least 6 months or longer before removal.What i can say is i have removed and reattached other 3M hooks It is important to hold down top of plastic piece while pulling stretching adhesive strip straight down if it feels stuck don't force it stop and spray down with hot soapy water wait a minute then slowly finish removing it.doing it this way has left my walls undamaged.the hook is still holding my towel.I am very pleased I will be buying more of the 3M Command Designer Large Hooks for the rest of my towel hanging needs a good idea just came to me these would be great for hanging guest items like towels and jackets the remove after they leave.LOVE 3M BRANDS
