It did the trick and looks great. I do wish there were more finish options and similar accessories available though.

I installed as stated, it fell off. I went back to the store to get more adhesive strips thinking that I'd give it one more shot. By this time I've now spent $18 on this item! So, I went to install it and take off the soap dish again as per instructions and the cheap plastic clip that latches onto the soap dish broke off. Now I have a useless soap holder.

I did enjoy for several months but it rusted.

I did not want to damage my new Silgranite sink, and I needed a place inside the sink to put my sponges on. This is PERFECT and very secure! No magnets needed and no damage to my very expensive sink! Easy to install and has been in my sink now for a year with absolutely no problems. So happy to have found this!

Have to say it might be okay, but he instructions say to slide the soap dish off after installing it. Of course, I guess that assumes that the dish is free to move off the hanger - otherwise the strips give way and now I hold useless metal in my hand.

Needed a soap dish for the shower. The area where you would normally put the soap, on the edge was getting to wet . I use a special olive oil soap & it will kind of melt when sitting in the water. This works perfectly up on the shower wall & hasn’t fallen off either.

The shower head is so high that I cannot reach the soap on the caddy! Command soap dish to the rescue - I installed it away from the water flow, in a place I cannot bump into it, and at a height that works for me. It’s on it’s third year. I was so impressed that I bought one for my newly installed tiled shower at home for supplemental space. I like the sleek design and recommend this functional beauty to anyone.

It looks great! The instructions say to install the strips and plastic back and then wait 24 hours before adding the soap holder. You can still use the shower during the 24 hours, but the instructions say it needs to "set" before adding the soap holder and placing the soap bar on it.

I brought this in August of 2019 when I moved into my apt. easy to install, easy to remove for cleaning, and easy to replace. Best of all, It doesn't rust. Much better than those suction cup hang ups that always end up falling down.

I was a little apprehensive about whether or not this dish would stay stuck to the tile in the shower. I had tried the suction type and it just slid off. So far I'm delighted! It's been up about a month with no problems. I like being able to hide the soap dish out of site behind the half-wall.

So far, this holder looks great and is working great in my shower. I hope the strips hold up in the steam/water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who ever would have expected that the expensive contractor doing the expensive renovation would put the expensive soap dish right in the stream of the shower, causing the soap to melt and create a nasty mess in the expensive new bathroom? Command soap dish to the rescue! I placed it away from the running water, and it matches the expensive satin nickel hardware perfectly, holds the soap to dry and keeps the mess at bay. Hooray!

love this item. I have one in each bathroom - the first time I've had my soap dish in a convenient place in the shower. :)

I love this soap dish! So far it keeps my soap from getting soggy and the water resistant adhesive strips are still holding after a week.

I’ve had this for some time now and it’s holding up fine w/ no rust. Glad this was designed so I didn’t have to put holes in my new bathroom tiles. Definitely recommend.

I bought this since I move form rental to rental and wanted a nice matching set (soap holder and caddy) that I could use and take with me. Both held up well and are great quality. However, now moving out this soap dish cant be reused. When taking it off the wall the command strips ripped (not from user error Im moving out I took down 10+ of the same style that day and none ripped). After this I had to try to get it off without damaging the shower but the plastic piece broke and now I have no way to rehang it.

Perfect for a wall shower. First soap dish NOT to fall off wall during use. It is securely fastened to wall.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought 6 of these - 2 to use in our RV shower; 4 for our 2 house showers. They look nice and stick on the shower walls well. Like all Command products they aren’t inexpensive so one would think they wouldn’t rust but they do! If we replace them, we’ll probably spray they with clear acrylic.

I like that you can place pretty much anywhere. I asked him where is best for HIM and he loved it once it was up. It’s easy to clean and if ever he decides he wants to move the dish, it won’t be a problem to remove and re-hang.

Goes well with the Nickel Satin Fixtures in the Bathroom. Simple to install. It works as advertised, what more can you ask.

It fell off during the first shower! Very disappointing.

This is a great product and it looks amazing in the bathroom. However the plastic holder broke and now fails all the time. It has been only 4 months since we installed it. Can we get a replacement of the strips and the plastic holder ?

This was just what the doctor ordered. No drilling into tile,just follow directions. ****

No damage to wall and very easy to install. Simple lines and small enough to fit almost anywhere!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This soap holder was a great solution for bathroom walls with slightly textured tile thar wouldn't hold suction cup items. Excellent for rentals and guest baths. Just wish it came in bronze too!
